--Character: Yukiko Amagi from Persona 4

--Basic idea: Yukiko has been infected by shadows and has proceeded to devour a large number of people inside a mall.
The picture is comprised of 4 sections:
1. Overall shot of Yukiko and her giant belly, including dialogue
2. Close up shot of her face as she belches
3. Internal shot 1 of people trying to escape, with focus on one in particular.
4. Internal shot 2 showing digestion further along
[Yukiko Details]
--Clothes: Yukiko is wearing her basic outfit. Since her belly has grown to an enormous size, her red jacket/blazer's buttons have popped and is now open, and the white shirt underneath has ridden up over her belly. Her breasts remain covered. Her dress has fallen around her ankles.

--Expressions: For both the close up and the overall shot, her eyes are a golden hue, denoting her corruption to a shadow.
1. For the close up shot, her face is turned to the right, pressing against her own belly. Her eyes are wide in a bit of surprise over the force of her own loud burp. Since her original personality was more feminine, respectful, and soft spoken, the belch coming out of her mouth should reflect how different her personality is now (crass, arrogant, and cruel). The burp itself is very loud and wet, with bubbles and pops to adorn the text. It should be spelled "BEEEEELCH!"
2. For the overall shot her face is that of twisted evil pleasure, also turned to the right like in the close up shot. Grinning with delight at hearing all the sounds coming from her gut. She is standing, and leaning/pushing into her own giant belly, with her right hand cruelly poking an unfortunate person's face near her who is currently awaiting digestion. The other left arm should be outstretched and holding on to the sides of her belly.

--Body proportions: Most of her body remains the same, slim and slender. Her breasts and butt should have a bit more fat to them, not anything too big but enough to get across the point that there has been some post wg growth.

--Dialogue: "Hmph! Go ahead and kick and scream all you want!  Your fate is to melt into some much needed fat for me to enjoy. Yes, that is what the worthless people in this town is good for, to be turned into my belly pudge! Ha ha ha haaaaaooooouuuuuUUUURRRRPP!!"

[BELLY DETAILS]

--Overall Belly Shot: It is large enough to dwarf her several times, filled to the brim with an innumerable amount of people. It really should be huge enough to get across the idea of how many people she has eaten (it's a lot!). Though I am also understanding how that if it is too big it might compromise how she looks and the space of the other shots and text.
It is a tumbled mess of people in various stages of digestion. Since the digestive fluid is pooling and rising from the bottom, those stuck there have been digested first, while those standing on top of them are desperately trying to escape their inevitable fate.
This can be seen in the varying bulges they make through the belly skin. Those from the middle of the belly and up are kicking and pushing against the skin. Faces, arms, legs, etc can be seen as they move about. Their screams and shouts can also be heard, but are muffled and incomprehensible (Mmmph! Mmmm! Mmmmhelp!, ect).
At the very top of the belly one bulge is fighting the hardest. A face and a pair of hands are making a very distinct impression through the flesh, along with a desperate muffled shout. This bulge will be part of the focus on the 1st internal shot.
Toward the bottom of the belly the bulges are more grim in nature. Since most there have been digested, the bulges some be that of skeletal remains. So skull-like faces and other bones should be jumbled around and imprinting through the skin. Maybe have one or two unlucky fellows toward the middle be weakly mumbling for help.
Loud digestive sounds should be peppered through the shot. Gurgle, groan, glorp, gluk, slorp, slosh, blorp, fizzle, etc. You don't have use all of these in particular but sounds that evoke a real sense of noisy, wet, and messy digestion is what I am looking for. Obviously they should be drawn in a way that compliments this too.

--Internal Shot 1: The first internal shot should be of those struggling to get out, with focus on one girl who is desperately trying to push through the top of the belly. I've add in a reference to what she should look roughly like (a girl who works in a ramen shop). Among the tumbled pile of bodies she is trying to escape. A look of fear and desperation on her face and she is shouting for any sort of help to come. Her and the others are bathed in fluid from the stomach walls, and you can see it is a very hot, dark, damp, and very cramped place to be. Also an ominous digestive rumbling should be coming from under her, signaling how the stomach is busy trying to get at her and the others who are still undigested.

--Internal Shot 2: The second shot shows what is going on in the bottom of the belly. Here those unfortunate to be stuck there have been mostly melted away. A large pile of mush and bones along with the green pool of rising digestive acid. Maybe add in some real choice sound effects for this too.
