Flipkart's downfall

You guys manage to piss me off around 10-12 times a day. Buyers are returning the product for unnecessary reason. You guys are charging the sellers because buyer's are at fault unlike @amazonIN. Accepting returns in broken conditions as well, not even checking the authenticity or anything. It's just WS Retail on flipkart who's profiting out of this business, I don't think anyone else is getting any profit. I know you have SPF Claims system for that which doesn't help at all. We  don't have time to create 20-30 claims on daily basis which might get rejected as well. I Pity you guys because i expected a lot from flipkart which is an indian company but you just CANNOT match the standards of Amazon at all.
Just look at the shipping charges. Are guys sure you want a marketplace? Or is it just WS Retail a.k.a flipkart who is going to dominate? Flipkart advantage is a joke. Fees and packaging charges are way more than your competitors.
