Unban Appeals
Banned players can post an appeal here for a chance to be unbanned. From time to time players will be banned unjustly and if so you will be unbanned and compensated. However, players who were justly banned can have their ban lifted at the Staff Teams discretion.
Please note there is no timeframe on Ban Appeals and they will likely be declined if you make any attempts to contact the Staff Team regarding them.

Any requests for bans 48 hours and under cannot be appealed, these ban lengths are for minor offences. We have made the decision to not allow these to be appealed for offenders to appreciate the ban and be able to come back to the server fresh.

Video Requirements
The video or audio can't be edited.
The video quality needs to be clear, If a staff member can't clearly determine whats going on the report may be declined.
The video needs to clearly show the whole situation. For example if your reporting a player for RDM a 30 second video won't be enough.
Screenshot Requirements (A screenshot will only be enough evidence If the situation is clearly shown).
The screenshot needs to be high quality.
