Some issues of banitem:

- At the first load of the server the banitem is not generating the config.yml
- When I stop the server the config.yml is generated but not with full options, like:
Blacklist:
Blacklist Crafting:
Blacklist Placement:
Blacklist Break:
Blacklist Pickup:
Blacklist Interaction:
It is showing only "Blacklist Click: []"

- The reload command does not seem to work. And is not regenerating the config.yml
- The config is not generating when some item is added. But when reload the server it
- I tryed to ban some carts of modpack FTB Ultimate like: Chest Cart, Batbox Cart, Personal Anchor Cart but not take effect.

Suggestions:

- The command /banitem need show the version of the plugin.
