- Titus was an orphan. A street rat. From a young age he stole and snuck about to survive. Then he learned to fight, as there were many who would steal from him, or try to do other even less savory things. Sometimes he won, sometimes he lost, but he never took a bad enough wound to cripple him. So he grew older accumulating scars. It all changed when one day he stole the coinpurse of a legionnaire. He'd done so before but this time he was caught, then he was beaten. Then after that he was sold into slavery. While he was sold cheaply, the slave broker took a look at him and decided he could make a profit by selling him as a fighter. While the buyer was of a more discerning taste and Titus did not net as much money as hoped, the broker netted a good profit. Titus himself could care less of his price, he only wishes too survive and enjoy the pleasures he either earns or steals.
