  1. Rules:
  2.
  3. Each region starts with resource points and military points.
  4.
  5. Districts that have resources within a region contribute to that nations resource points.
  6.
  7. Military points are divided into reserve points and fighting points. Reserve points are a regions "hp" based on districts and fighting points are regions "attack" which are inherent.
  8.
  9.
  10. The game is played by turns. A turn consists of making one of three decisions: Attack, Diplomacy, Pass. Decisions are decided by either the first dubs or any post made with that turn number, i.e during turn 3 for region 5 post ********3 will decide what to do, during turn 34 for region 5 post *******3* decides what to do.
  11. **Decisions**
  12.
  13. -Attack- You decide to attack a district. The number either to your left or to your right is how many attack points you use. If the number is higher than your regions attack points then you subtract the two and the remainder is used as a crit chance. If the third number of the post is under 5 then there is no crit, greater than 4 and there is a crit. The district is successfully taken if you attack for a value greater than its reserve points. If the attack value is lesser than the reserve points of that district then you subtract the two and the remainder is the reserve points for that district for the next turn. It returns to normal on the 2nd turn.
  14.
  15. -Diplomacy- You can ask any other region to have a ceasefire. They can accept on their turn without using their decision. Ceasefires last 5 turns and breaking it causes the attacking region to lose 2 resource points for the next 5 turns. When two nations that are boarding have a ceasefire between them, all of their districts gain +1 reserve points.
  16.
  17. *A nation may only have 1 ceasefire at a time.
  18.
  19. -Pass- do nothing.
  20.
  21. A full turn is over when every region made their decision.
  22.
  23. Conditions for losing are having >10 reserve points or >10 resource points. You can last one turn below one of the two but if you are not able to raise either of them by the next turn all of your districts become rebel districts and have no attack points.
  24.
  25. Conditions for winning are being the last nation left.
  26.
  27. Red: Sweden, 5 attack points
  28.
  29. Light Blue: Germany, 6 attack points
  30.
  31. Light Green: Paraguay, 4 attack points
  32.
  33. Yellow: United States, 5 attack points
  34.
  35. Purple: Turkey, 9 attack points
  36.
  37. Orange: Iceland under the Faroe Islands, 8 attack points
  38.
  39. Blue: Finland, 5 attack points
  40.
  41. Green: Canada, 4 attack points
