PSO2 Fix

Since I'm using a French version of Windows I'll try to translate the buttons you must click.
After the last update, all the important *.exe files from PSO2 won't run or will require Admin/root/"SYSTEM" rights.

First of all you must open an explorer window, press the ALT button on your keyboard to show the menu then click on: Tools => Files/Folders options.
Navigate to the second tab then scroll down the list, you must untick a line called something like "Use the sharing wizard".

Once this is done, browse to your PSO2 executable folder: \SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin

This part must be done on all *.exe that have only "SYSTEM" right:
-Right cline a binary then select "Properties";
-Go the the "Security" tab than click "Add";
-Click "Advanced" then "Search";
-Locate your Windows username, it has the same icone as the one near "Silver" here: http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2012/29/1342590811-bwalalala.png
Validate.
-Once you're on the window with SYSTEM and your username, select your username and tick all the box under "authorize"
-Profit.
