- I have not started anything on this server given all the disconnects from day 1 (view support threads). So I do not understand why there is 'spamming'. By any measure, the server should still be up to be reset if it has to be reset given this situation, and there is no way to do it (see attached). This server is simply NOT connected with Solus at all !
- If you say 'spamming' was an issue, any prove on this so I can investigate it my end?

- The above was down again. In view of the frequent down times (see previous support), can you move my account to a more stable node? Not usable at the current one at all if it goes offline so frequent, I can't even pump out the stats from the solus panel!

- It is over 24 hours! This is not right. You must offer another solution to this. I think it's best to replicate the data within my vps to a new setup so I can continue with my work. Look forward to the update.

- The above is unavailable every now and then, which is unstable. Previously I contacted 123 to have them fixed and was promised to it moved to more stable platform . However the problem persists, and this is very interruptive to my projects. I seek your cooperation to get this fixed as soon as possible and once and for all.

- First of all, the frequent downtime started within just the week of purchase. I requested help within that purchase week, but it still happened - till this day! How can I host anything on it when it breaks so frequently?
- Hence I think it's fair to make a refund on this VPS, as I am already an existing customer for another VPS. This is a second purchase and I am not happy with it given the above reasons.
- I hope you see my point. Otherwise this VPS purchase is just $20 for nothing! Hope you see my point.

- Hi. I bought this setup on May 21 and had since experienced extremely frequent downtime. Basically I can't host any site on it with some outage lasting over 3 hours!

- The server (connection to backbone maybe) had recently performed poorly, with Total packet loss these 2 weeks. I also noticed the system uptime get refreshed (did it reboot itself?) and my at-home ping to it seems to indicate the server went down and up after 20 - 40 mins very frequently.
- Pls move my server to a more stable platform, else it'll be impossible to use it at all. Tks.
