  1. (focused energy + xx minutes) * once per day = idea manifestation
  2. (focused energy + 30*minutes) * 1/day = idea manifestation
     30 minutes/day is baseline
  3. (((35% * 2000 calories) / (24 hours * 60 minutes)) * 30minutes) / day = idea manifestation
     I don't understand how to add "focused energy" to 30 minutes. Instead, I'll plug it in to focused energy.

But this isn't what I want. I just want focused energy.

     Again, I don't add 30 minutes when it seems natural to multiply it.
  2. (65/72 calories per minute) * 30 minutes = 27.0833 calories = idea manifestation

idea manifestation = 65/72 * MINUTES
idea manifestation = 65/72 * 30 = 27.0833 calories
idea manifestation = 27.0833 * 4.1868 = 113.39236 watts per half hour
