Top Spin (The existing Top Spin could be renamed Top Throw) would generate a spinning vortex around the user, nullifying all damage ala Skull Barrier. Unlike Skull Barrier, the vortex can be kept up by repeatedly using the ability (much like the effects of Bubble Spray and Oil Shooter). Once a different ability is used, the vortex is launched at the opp

I think it would be cool if a speed-based bot like Top Man had a defensive ability to compensate for their minimal defense. Making it a T2 would make sure it couldn't be spammed (it would use up energy on each turn, unlike other Sheild abilities), and Impact and Explode-type abilities could penetrate the vortex, dealing damage and dispersing it.
