  1. [11:37] Uri would have listened to the words Cetta shared with him. And so, his eyes motioned over towards Alya. "The matter you wish to speak of? Best done private or in public? I hate the noise, it takes away from the wisdom to be shared."
  2.
  3. He made his approach, allowing Sanna and Cetta to speak while he would simply listen to what Pericles had made reference to. The matter at hand.
  4. (Uri cos Brienne )
  5.
  6. [11:42] More than a couple had indicated who this Uri was. And he indeed looked like a pirate from the novels. Evidently, her attention would be fully dedicated to this man, now.
  7.
  8. "Hello Uri Brienne."
  9.
  10. She wasn't aware of the 'cos' part, given he had been introduced as merely Uri Brienne by Pericles. Blue eyes were inordinately focused on his being, scrutinizing every part of him.
  11.
  12. "I'm General Alya Kriemhild, and I've been informed that you may be harbouring some of the remains of Vartuul. I am here to reclaim these to provide the Great Dragon with a proper Ceremony of Passing. Would you kindly tell me if my information is correct?"
  13. (Alya Kriemhild)
  14.
  15. [11:48] Someone of honor, a General. This was something he did not expect, nor was he going to just shoo her away. So, Uri would give the drakanite this moment for the two to both speak and familiarize themselves with one another. "General Alya, pleasure to meet someone of your status outside of the battlefield," he offers a slight grin. "Captain Uri Los Brienne of the Soaring Phoenix," he'd introduce himself.
  16.
  17. He looks around for any members of his crew. "Well, I am not one to disrespect the dead, this I assure you... The taking of the dragons remains were to set a balance for the one who had slain my sister, the one who claimed that very dragon as his God... Who's spirits broke upon Vartuul's passing.."
  18.
  19. He sighs.
  20.
  21. "Though, the head of Vartuul is not in my possession, just the other parts... All of which you may have, but the head part, would be for you to negotiate with the King or Princess herself, Marie..."
  22.
  23.
  24. (Uri cos Brienne )
  25.
  26. [11:55] "Enchanted."
  27.
  28. She replied dully. The General's armed remained crossed a she kept a very focused gaze onto the pirate.
  29.
  30. "Utilizing another, uninvolved party in your vendetta against some fool isn't a good justification, Uri /Los/ Brienne."
  31.
  32. A step forward was taken, leaving little to not gap between the blonde man and the blonde drakan. She was tall, but many human males could best her here. No, what really made her intimidating was her set of pristine, white wings.
  33.
  34. "If you want to take revenge, do it on Sythaeryn, which I presume is the man you speak of. I don't recall any of us taking your sister's remains as trophies, Uri /Los/ Brienne."
  35.
  36. She really did put emphasis on that 'Los'.
  37.
  38. "We've discussed the head already. I'm after what's left."
  39. (Alya Kriemhild)
  40. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  41.
  42. [12:01] Upon the approach. Uri would look up to the drakanite general. He felt every word, every emphasis thrown at him and would soon reply with just this. "We all make mistakes at the heat of passion, 'General'" his speaking of her rank through his accent sounded like 'Shane-ral' for that split moment and that moment alone.
  43.
  44. "But, surely, we aren't here to make such statements... Come, let me invite you to my ship, and there, we'll make the exchange."
  45.
  46. He spoke with a calm mind and voice. His crew mates might have been watching had they been alert for those Magi-players- in the area.
  47.
  48. "Tell me, how do you plan to carry the remains? You have brought some form of cargo carry did you not?"
  49. (Uri cos Brienne )
  50.
  51. [12:06] "We do, yes."
  52.
  53. The solemnity and minor aggression in her tone had cooled off when Uri conceded almost immediately. The gecko within had done a good job here. With a light exhale, she'd nod.
  54.
  55. "Very well, Uri. Or Captain Uri. I'm unsure. Lead the way."
  56.
  57. Now, before they'd leave, an interesting question was posed.
  58.
  59. "Caila's control over nature and earth will suffice to carry the payload. Do not worry about the logistics."
  60.
  61. Before she'd depart, her hand rose to salute whoever was left. A shame that the other Churchies had to leave so soon. Now, she was ready to depart and reclaim what they sought.
  62. (Alya Kriemhild)
  63.
  64. [12:15] He nods his head in a respectful manner. Heading on towards his ship while the other, his new one would be under construction still by a man known as 'The Unicorn' a profound mapping designer of the Essharians.. "Though, I had originally planned to return the remains... As I said, the heat of passion leads you to do things you later feel guilt towards, so, I have mummified the remains below the deck..."
  65.
  66. "Men! Gathering your tails on deck! Open the cargo exchange plates! And see to it, that the remains of the Therian God be safely delivered through the orders of General Alya here!" Uri gave his commands before responding to Alya once more.
  67.
  68. "Simply leave it at Uri, unless formalities calls for it, then it'd be Captain Uri," he waits for his men to grab the wrapped remains, preserved, not for any experiments but, to place in a museum of sorts of the Therians did not want it back.
  69.
  70. "My revenge for that particular drakanite… It's long passed, for I don't live the life of my twin anymore... That war lead me to live for myself."
  71.
  72. He watched, as the men prepared to follow further instruction from the General. "This I hope you understand."
  73. (Uri cos Brienne )
  74. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  75.
  76. [12:15] Cetta looks at the ship and simply thinks to herself "Hmm.. if Uri has a ship, he has no issuepaying off Elizabeth in full. He can sell his ship.
  77. (Cetta)
  78. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  79.
  80. [12:16] Sanna shrugs and sits, tapping the collar on her neck, annoyed at its presence at this moment
  81. (Sanna Arborea)
  82. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  83.
  84. [12:23] It had been years since Alya had stepped upon a ship. The vessel seemed rather well maintained, though there was inevitable creaking in such structures. Nothing to really get the General concerned. The breeze of the northern sea did make for a relatively pleasant experience in the end.
  85.
  86. "Tight ship you run here, Uri. Literally."
  87.
  88. Alya scooted over to peer down at the bowels of the ship. Where the crew did most of the work and the remains were being packed for travelling.
  89.
  90. "I'm not judging your choice. You've complied. The rest was war. Vartuul's death, and your sister's death. Casualties of a continental conflict. All for a bunch of rocks and bandits you made peace with very quickly."
  91.
  92. A degree of vitriol soured her words, though they were clearly dedicated to Osronan leaders rather than the ship's captain.
  93.
  94. "I appreciate you not making any sort of fuss. I know many greedily keep the remains of dragons, forgetting that they were also intelligent, feeling creatures worthy of dignity like any other."
  95. (Alya Kriemhild)
  96. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  97.
  98. [12:28] Caila walks around.
  99. (Caila)
  100. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  101.
  102. [12:29] Caila says, "Hm.."
  103. [12:29] Cetta stands on the side.. not much room.
  104. (Cetta)
  105. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  106.
  107. [12:30] Though the crew was hard at work. The ship was capable of housing a dozen non-magi and a few magi, which called for him running things pretty tightly. Such was the price to pay for a free ship while a new one was under construction.
  108.
  109. But then, he'd be taken by the General's words. She seemed to understand that things were indeed tense for a while between Osrona and the bandits. "Aye, it's part of the reason I left... I do not believe in senseless violence or harming the innocent.. Not that this is what the Order does, but it is usualy what war could lead to..."
  110.
  111. He folds his arms, sitting against the wooden railing of the ship.
  112.
  113. "General Alya, I must say, you humble me by coming all the way here, not wanting anything more than to offer a proper burial for a comrade... Such actions are admirable, not many would take the risk."
  114.
  115. He looks to the body of the dragon.
  116.
  117. "What people forget, is that life itself is a gift.... Not something that should be easily taken or wasted." He toys with the pendant he wore. Smiling, for those he's lost and fought.
  118.
  119. "Though I won't keep you here, if you are to depart then I bid you adieu, and thank you, for a delighted meeting."
  120. (Uri cos Brienne )
  121. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  122.
  123. [12:40] At the edge of the ship, the Drakan grasped the wooden railing and peered down at the calm waters. She just stared at her reflection in the water, visible in the otherwise black water of night thanks to the lights on the ship and her shining scales.
  124.
  125. "A cynic would assume that I'm doing this to save face as a leader. An optimist would say I have a bleeding heart for all those that have fallen."
  126.
  127. Lips pursed as she dedicated a few more seconds to her reflexion before pivoting her posture to stare back at Uri.
  128.
  129. "The truth is I have a duty to do. And my sense of duty is what drives me. A duty toward Theria, drakanites and dragons."
  130.
  131. Pushing herself from the railing, she'd march over toward the boat's plank, ready to depart.
  132.
  133. "Caila, would you mind having your vines and earthen powers carry the remains? They're a bit too cumbersome for me to do it alone."
  134.
  135. Now ready to depart, some final words for Uri.
  136.
  137. "May the Flame Guide, Uri Brienne."
  138. (Alya Kriemhild)
  139. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  140.
  141. [12:40] Cetta says, "I'm afraid that in terms of aiding in it's return, my magics wouldn't prove very useful."
  142. [12:40] Cetta could... explode the dragon.. into smaller pieces.. or turn it to ash.. but that defeats the purpose.
  143. (Cetta)
  144. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  145.
  146. [12:41] Sanna watches Alya depart, saying nothing to the General, partially hoping she'd been invisible the whole time
  147. (Sanna Arborea)
  148. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  149.
  150. [12:42] Uri would not his head, watching as they took their leave. "And guide you also, General Alya Kriemhild," he offered a slight two fingered wave, for this was their formal departure.
  151. (Uri cos Brienne )
  152. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  153.
  154. [12:42] Cetta waves bye to her friends!
  155. (Cetta)
  156. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  157.
  158. [12:43] Caila would nod in response as a snap of her fingers was issued. Vines manifesting into this plane from the wood of the ship. Coiling itself around the Wings of Vartuul. She then used her other than to raise a safety stand out of Earth for the Wings to lay. Vines worked in unison transferring the Wings off the ship into the Earthen carrier. As Vines continued to haul off the Wings she followed behind Alya and Cetta.
  159.
  160. "Farewell Moonwalker, Till we meet again." She waved to Uri as they departed.
  161. (Caila)
  162. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  163.
  164. [12:43] Sanna waves to Cetta
  165. (Sanna Arborea)
  166. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  167.
  168. [12:43] Cetta is immune to your debt peasant, sell your ship or it burns.
  169. (Cetta)
  170. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  171.
  172. [12:43] Uri cos Brienne says, "Be safe little'partner."
  173. [12:44] Sanna lets out a long breath
  174. (Sanna Arborea)
  175. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  176.
  177. [12:44] Uri cos Brienne says, "Sorry about that."
  178. [12:44] Uri cos Brienne says, "Done some gruesome things during the war..."
  179. [12:44] Sanna Arborea says, "Not your fault, just kept expecting to be accused of espionage."
  180. [12:46] Uri cos Brienne asks, "Haha, let me guess.. Old face y' remember?"
  181. [12:46] Sanna Arborea says, "Caila less so. She was another student of Duana's but only briefly."
  182. [12:46] Sanna Arborea says, "Alya.....I'm close friends with her sister Magne. Or I was."
  183. [12:46] Sanna Arborea says, "I mentioned her back at my place."
  184. [12:46] Uri cos Brienne says, "You did mention this."
  185. [12:46] Uri cos Brienne says, "Well, I wanted to show you while we're here.."
  186. [12:46] Uri cos Brienne says, "This ship.."
