[b]Conclusion:[/b]
Coming to a conclusion, the first damage(s) dealt to Cobex were according to logs a violation of rule 4 as you didn't Halt Cobex nor RP at all. This is one of the reason why you got punished. And as well Jarlbalruuf witnessed you shooting right after you got kicked from the faction, which is attempting again to RDM before John demanded something. But Jarl did not provide any screenshots nor other evidence, then this cannot be considered relevant.

You're diffidently not allowed to KoS anyone. If you got kicked, the faction must make a demand towards you in order for you to have a kill reason, you cannot just go on a Kill streak against the whole faction because you got kicked. But as logs confirmed you got halted, right after you began shooting (Which cannot be proved)

As for yelling, badmin, badmin, rather than keep it calm, take it on the forums and make an admin complaint, you choose to act disruptive. But as Jarlbalruuf explained you were not banned for the words you said, but for the violation of rule 4.

Regarding the spawn of Non-PF items: Administrators are allowed to spawn in items if it is an event they're holding for the server. And all Non-PF items if found after the event has ended, needs to be reported in backspace, so the following administrator can remove the Non-PF item from the game.

Resumé:
A violation of rule 4 was committed, and ignoring administrators requests to part of got you the punishment as you got. So going back to your reason. 3. Reason for complaint:Overuse of authority**  Jarlbalruuf did act according to the Administrator rules and enforced the Server rules as those were broken by you.
