  2. [12/12/02 07:00:37]<AMARDA_GM> When last we left our heroes, Terminal had been treated like the lady she was by the young gentle colt Happy Cash, the others were left on their own in a strange city and Haywire had run off back to Summer Flower.
  3. [12/12/02 07:02:21]* Wraith is now known as Shade
  4. [12/12/02 07:02:34]* Nightgown is now known as Terminal
  5. [12/12/02 07:05:59]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash, sitting on Terminal's back continues to nom on his candies of choice.
  6. [12/12/02 07:07:21]? Shade scowls, watching Haywire storm off
  7. [12/12/02 07:07:21]? Terminal strolls the streets sucking on her lollipop, giving her a reason to be silent for once.
  8. [12/12/02 07:08:59]? Dusk_Beam gives Shade and the rest a apologetic smile before rushing after Haywire.
  9. [12/12/02 07:09:21]? Shade sighs and shakes her head
  10. [12/12/02 07:11:52]? Midnight_Rain sighs and rushes after Dusk_Beam
  11. [12/12/02 07:12:33]? Terminal hasn't got a particular destination in mind. She's just strolling and letting Happy guide her as he sees fit.
  12. [12/12/02 07:13:05]? Shade sighs and wanders around town since she's alone now.
  13. [12/12/02 07:13:47]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash point at Shade. "Quick miss Terminal, follow her!"

  15. [12/12/02 07:20:27]? Energy_Flair is confused and follows Shade because I dont see why not
  16. [12/12/02 07:22:49]? Terminal hurries after Shade and the strange new stallion with no prompting.... why did all these males want /her/ mate?
  17. [12/12/02 07:23:33]? Shade is pretty sure Energy_Flair doesn't know her little secret so she kind of doubts that's the problem
  18. [12/12/02 07:24:41]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash waves at Energy_Flair. "Hey there mister pony. "Want to have a sweet? You to miss Shade?"
  19. [12/12/02 07:24:51]? Terminal is suspicious of all males at the moment. Except for Medi. He is tentatively 'okay'.
  20. [12/12/02 07:25:07]? Shade looks over her shoulder, stopping and turning around "Hm?"
  21. [12/12/02 07:26:03]<AMARDA_GM> Shade and Energy_Flair each discover a small Rainbow coloured treat hovering in front of their noses.

  23. [12/12/02 07:27:13]? Shade makes a 'oooo~' face and takes it "Thaaaaaanks Happy~"
  24. [12/12/02 07:31:02]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Smiles really, really wide. "I'm glad you like it miss Shade!" He says cheerfully.
  25. [12/12/02 07:31:17]? Shade pops it into her mouth happily
  26. [12/12/02 07:33:18]<AMARDA_GM> Shade will find, that the candy that she just ate, was probably the best sweet she had ever tasted. After all, the wasteland was not known for it's fine culinary standards."

  28. [12/12/02 07:36:57]? Terminal sucks her lollipop and grins
  29. [12/12/02 07:37:27]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash looks at Energy_Flair. "Hey mister, why are you not eating?"
  30. [12/12/02 07:38:18]? Shade probably has a sugar high induced acid trip in her head
  31. [12/12/02 07:40:01]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash smiles ever so slightly at Shade's reaction. "That mish Shade is the bestest candy EVER!"

  33. [12/12/02 07:40:41]? Terminal smiles~
  34. [12/12/02 07:43:28]? Terminal likes to see other ponies try actual fresh candy for the first time!
  35. [12/12/02 07:44:06]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash then ponders. "Excuse me, but do they have candy as nice as this in the wastes?"
  36. [12/12/02 07:44:43]? Shade shakes her head still sucking on her piece of candy "Uh uh."
  37. [12/12/02 07:46:22]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash smiles, this time somewhat evily. "They don't mish? OH hohoho." He laughs as he rubs his hooves together. "There fore is I wash to export it, I would make so many BITS!"
  38. [12/12/02 07:48:11]? Shade giggles "An empire built upon candy. I approve."
  39. [12/12/02 07:49:52]? Terminal would make a comment about how 'sweet' it would be, but, her own candy.
  40. [12/12/02 07:50:14]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash nods. "So mish Shade, can I interest you in a trade deal?"
  41. [12/12/02 07:50:30]<Shade> "Hm?"
  42. [12/12/02 07:56:28]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash climbs off of Haywire's back. "So mish Shade. We will need a packaging plant and some willing workers, know where I could find them?"
  43. [12/12/02 07:56:57]<Haywire> *Terminal
  44. [12/12/02 08:00:05]? Terminal tilts her head
  45. [12/12/02 08:00:20]? Terminal finds this foal precocious in the first degree.
  46. [12/12/02 08:00:49]<Shade> "I dunno about a plant but I think I might be able to help with the workers. Not soon, mind you, but You don't expect to start immediately, do you?"
  47. [12/12/02 08:02:48]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash shakes his Head. "No miss, but I want to think about it in the next few years. If I play the game just right, I'll be able to make a fortune!"
  48. [12/12/02 08:03:07]? Shade smiles "Then I'll see what I can do."
  49. [12/12/02 08:05:39]? Terminal nods
  50. [12/12/02 08:05:44]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash nods. "Ok, I has a place I need to show you!" He trots off expecting Shade, Terminal and Energy_Flair to follow.
  51. [12/12/02 08:06:24]? Shade looks at Terminal and shrugs then follows Happy
  52. [12/12/02 08:06:44]? Terminal follows with a shrug back at her.
  53. [12/12/02 08:08:45]? Haywire takes a deep breath. "Well... since it was a military experiment, we need to beware of Happy's behavior. There could be a signal, maybe pheromone-based, which could grant the black hybrids some degree of influence over him, if they ever reach this place." He raises his eyes to Summer. "Be wary of any similarly grafted being. They may use cloaking technology as well. If you sight them, avoid them at all cost"
  54. [12/12/02 08:10:28]<Midnight_Rain> "Just pretend you don't see them."
  55. [12/12/02 08:10:39]? Terminal floats her sucker in front of Shade
  56. [12/12/02 08:18:19]? Haywire blinks, turning to Midnight_Rain. "Wh-what?! What good could that /ever/ do? Do you have any idea of what they do? Every time they show themselves, it becomes a catastrophe!"
  57. [12/12/02 08:19:15]<Midnight_Rain> "Sometimes you can see them before they show themselves."
  58. [12/12/02 08:23:35]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash leads Shade and Terminal towards an old, somewhat beaten up shack. He stops and truns around to show them it. "Welcome to the Happy Hills Trading company!" He exclaims happily.
  59. [12/12/02 08:24:22]? Haywire runs a hoof down his face. "Regardless, you should avoid them as much as you can, Summer."
  60. [12/12/02 08:25:07]<AMARDA_GM> Summer nods, while Medi takes a deep breath. "Um, there is one thing you should know about the research the ponies were doing."
  61. [12/12/02 08:25:40]<Midnight_Rain> "Whats that?"
  62. [12/12/02 08:25:47]? Haywire turns to Medi, silent.
  63. [12/12/02 08:27:25]? Terminal cocks an eye at Happy
  64. [12/12/02 08:33:57]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash immediately turns and trots to the door. "It needs a bit of paint, and maybe some new furniture, but this building is the start of a grand future!" He says eagerly.
  65. [12/12/02 08:35:46]? Terminal nods her agreement
  66. [12/12/02 08:37:35]<AMARDA_GM> Medi continues hesitantly. "They um, had access to a young queen. She was, um, passed onto them via our group. They wanted more data on our kind and the ponies were the best way to do so." He finishes, his hooves holding the tea cup shakily.
  67. [12/12/02 08:40:04]<Midnight_Rain> "Why?"
  68. [12/12/02 08:41:53]<AMARDA_GM> "Because, they wanted to understand our race better, and we lacked the tools and scientists to do it ourselves. So we used the ponies to do it for us."
  69. [12/12/02 08:44:09]? Haywire blinks. "So... you... they..." He stares at Medi. "What do you know?"
  70. [12/12/02 08:44:20]<Midnight_Rain> "That seems to not have gone well."
  71. [12/12/02 08:46:46]<AMARDA_GM> Medi looks stricken. "Well, I know that they tortured her, that I was under orders to deliver her, to set her up. It's about the one thing I can consistently remember from before the bombs, yah know?"
  72. [12/12/02 08:49:42]<Haywire> "It seems the experiment was a success." He says bitterly.
  73. [12/12/02 08:51:40]<Midnight_Rain> "Yeah so much."
  74. [12/12/02 08:51:50]<AMARDA_GM> Happy Cash opens the door. Inside there is a small desk and chair. On the walls are some childish drawing of ponies and a white board with clumsy writing tracking a list of sales. "This is where I shall take over all the trade in New Canterlot and beyond!" He exclaims proudly.

  77. [12/12/02 08:57:02]? Haywire takes another swig of his tea, looking down. "...it wouldn't change anything."
