Terms and Conditions

EDITING
a completed video, can be done within 24 hours for a negotiated and reasonable sum, (depending on the work involved)

MISTAKES
i.e spelling errors/ wrong corp names- within the completed video- can be edited within 24 hours for free, though I do check the full video 3-4 times before uploading it.

FUTURE CHANGES/ REQUESTS I.E
Change of business costs/ alliances/ corp name/ characters can be edited after 24 hours- but there will be the following costs-
5 million isk per second of editing  i.e. if 3 seconds of your clip need editing that will make it 15mil isk.
ALSO a mandatory fifty million Isk for rendering it again/ uploading it again.
So if ten seconds of your video needs editing then it will cost 50 million isk
ALONG WITH
another fifty million for rendering/ uploading = total sum of editing a ten second clip= 100 mil.
Also take into account that I may charge more for specialized requests- And these charges may be added during my editing process.

SOUNDTRACKS.
They can be changed- but my videos are built around the soundtrack and for my sake I refuse to upload a video with a different soundtrack slapped onto it. If you want a different soundtrack attached to your video- other than the one uploaded then you will have to pay for a new video to be produced- with all of the associated costs of setting up a new video. I do ask customers if they wish to use their own soundtrack- and advise what soundtracks would be the most beneficial to their advert/ video.

REFUNDS
cannot be made possible. If you do come back with a genuine complaint about your video then I will use my discresion to return a related amount of isk in regards to the genuine complaint- similarly if you are extremely satisfied with your video then a gratuitous sum/ shares/ stocks/ items- will be graciously accepted if you have deemed the video i have made- exceptional and extremely satisfactory.

**SCAMS-
It is not up to me to determine the client/ employer whom I’ve made a video for is a scammer- it is up to the viewer to research wether the advertised corp/ character/ alliance/ business is a scammer. I only produce the videos- I cannot and will not endorse the business/ corp/ alliance advertised/ presented in the video- and i have no affilliation with said employer whatsoever.

*TROLLS-
Your video may get trolled by people who do not like you/ your corp/ your alliance/ me. Sometimes these are your competition in alts. It should be remembered that it is not the video that is getting trolled (though they will search through it for mistakes meticulously) it is you/ your corp/ your business/ your alliance/ me getting trolled- and I will not take blame. If your video gets trolled- please do not complain to me- unless it’s a genuine complaint about the quality of the video(see mistakes above)

DEPOSITS.
Once Full payment has been made- your deposit will be returned to you. If you choose not to pay- your Deposit will be kept by me for the work/ effort that I’ve put into your video. If you wish to use the deposit as a payment then that is acceptable, i.e i have a deposit from you of 50 mil- the video costs 500 mil, then it is acceptable to pay me 450mil and i will then upload said video.

PAYMENT-
Payment other than isk is not acceptable- except for gratuitity. Once your video is complete then you will recieve an in-game mail from me with a link provided- linking you to a short clip of your video (it is your full video in black and white, running extremely fast, in low definition, no sound, with 'this is your video clip' written on the front of it.

YOUR COMPLETED VIDEO
The short clip is proof that i have your video in my possesion and it is complete. Once this link to the short clip has been sent to you- FULL PAYMENT will be expected.
When full payment is made i will either

(a) upload your video onto youtube and send you the link
(b) upload your video onto a filesharing site for you to download and send you the link

The employer must choose either (a) or (b). if the employer wants both then an additional fee of 100 million isk will apply.
Once your actual video is uploaded it will be in high definition (1080p), in color, have sound, play at regular speed, with no 'this is your video clip' writing on it.

THIRD PARTY
I have no problems using a respected third party as a holding company for your isk + my video (chibbra is the only one i will accept) however i belive he charges 10% of the transaction fee i.e if your video costs 1 billion, then he will want 100mil for the transaction fee (though i'm not 100% sure). It is up to the employer to pay the 10% transaction fee, under no circumstances will I pay half of the fee/ any percentage of the fee. Again IT IS UP TO THE EMPLOYER TO PAY THE COSTS OF THE RESPECTED THIRD PARTY.

*****If you make any Attempt to scam me i.e sending me 500,000.00 instead of 500,000,000. Then I will demand another 30% of the full payment as well as the full payment before I release your video.*****
