  1. Hi. I am writing this email to complain about your service.

  3. I have ordered an EX40-SSD with the following specifications:
  4. Intel Core i7-4770 RAM 32 GB DDR3 RAM Hard Drive 2 x 240 GB SATA 6 Gb/s SSD (Software-RAID 1) but I have received instead a server with a completely different CPU and hard drive:
  5. E3-1246 V3 3.50 Ghz e 2 SSD Crucial CT 256MX 100.

  7. The cpu is not a great problem but the hard drive is, since the ones i received are not as good and they don t meet the 6 gb/s read/write speed. I know this because I had the same server , always served by you, until not long ago.
  8. Before the purchase I sent you an email to be sure about the ssd model I would receive (I didn't want to have the same hardware i had because of the low performance) and you have answered like this: "We use currently Micron SSD M600".
  9. I have asked to the support, directly from the control panel, the reason of this change and I have only received this answer: " link o risposta mancante verifica"
  10. Please be so kind to give me a correct answer and a refund so I can send back the wrong hardware since your service was awful.
