  21. As far as I see from SOA records, you've added your domain today on control panel, am I right? It looks like you are facing DNS propagation period, so I would like to specify this portion of information, if possible.

  23. yes, it was added today. just don't understand why when i add the email account to gmail, it receives the pop3 emails. but i can't receive either pop or map on iMail.

  25. I explain this for you. This period, called propagation, is the projected length of time it takes for root name servers and cache records across the entire web to be updated with your website's DNS information. How quickly visitors are directed to the new name servers depends on their physical location, internet service provider and some luck; it is not something IX Webhosting has control over.

  27. At the moment, unfortunately, we have to wait for your mail service to work fine, because most servers all over the world still "think" that domain has no MX records for mail service.

  29. that makes sense. thank you

  31. As far as I see from my check, DNS records from our side are looking fine, so should they propagate - everything will be fine, Carlos. I'm glad that we found reason of this error.
