Welcome to the Cascade! The official Team Aqua Guild of all things Pokemon!



<b>What we do here:</b>  Here at Kyogre's Cascade, we provide the community with a variety of services. Powersaves, Pokegenning, breeding, to even EV training your Pokemon! Nobody will be declined service here, unless you are a known scammer.



<b>How to Join the Cascade!</b> To join the Cascade, simply list the services you can provide(if any) and ask! You will be put on the list next topic for sure! So don't be shy guys!
<b>Please also PM SF_Okami with either your services or your post that contains them. Okami is the one who possesses the members list. Just be sure to post in the thread too!</b>
Saying that you are a Cascade member in your sig will also be great! It will let people know they are dealing with us even if you are on your own thread or someone else's!


<b>Once a member...</b> You will get a welcome message that includes a link to our website, that's is where the requests are sent. You can register an account but it can only be activated by an administrator. This is to keep out random accounts since search engines are beginning to search our website. Administrators are on often so you will not need to wait long if at all. You will also need to log in to even view the site but as long as you do not log out this can be bypassed. We ask you make you username similar if not the same as your gamefaqs account that way we know who we are talking to. Sorry for all the obstacles but we want to stop any problem before they happen.

<b>Current Rules and Restrictions for Genning:</b>
- Two requests per week, four if you have the .pkm file already made and you give a direct download link in the Any Notes section of the web form or in the newly designed form.
- Including pkm file links must strictly be done through a safe cloud management service such as dropbox, onedrive, mediafire etc. Do not post links to publicly available .pkm files such as files available on pokedit. Please use only a .pkm file format, do not send zips or files of a size different to 136 bytes.
- Legal and valid requests using 5th gen mechanics only please, double check the moveset you have chosen is legal. If your request fails to transfer we may choose to count it.
- We may choose to reduce the number of allowed requests in a week or cancel entirely if we get overwhelmed with requests

Welcome to Kyogre’s Cascade’s Gym Challenge!

Firstly, if you don’t know us we’re a guild mainly on the trade boards that tries to support the community where possible.

<b>Why Participate?</b>
Why not? The battles are fun, enter the hall of fame, oh and maybe some prizes?
Defeat a gym to earn their badge, a shiny pokemon (some are level 1 UT, some are battle ready).
The leader may use their badge in their team (battle ready version for UT badges), you get the pleasure of defeating it in battle before you get to use it yourself.

The fun doesn’t stop at gyms though, take on the elite 4 and our champion and get yourself cemented in our hall of fame. There are also prizes for defeating the champ but we’re not going to spoil it here ;)

Gyms may be challenged in any order and your team may be interchanged freely between matches. Must obtain at least 8 to be allowed to progress to the Elite 4. Battle format is up to the gym leader and is shown below.

<b>Elite 4</b>

Elite 4 members use two types and choose their battle format. After defeating the first member you may not switch your team members out or evolve them. You may change items, moves and EVs, use Ability Capsules or PP Ups/Maxes. The champion may use any pokemon within the rules in the second post. Battle format is up to the member, but unless they indicate otherwise the matches are 6v6 Singles.

<b>Rules</b>

Please save all of your battle videos for verification. All pokemon should be level 50 or higher.

<b>Clauses</b>
Sleep Clause: At most one pokemon asleep on a person’s team at any time, not inclusive of self-induced sleep such as Rest.
Species Clause: At most one pokemon with the same identification number in the pokedex on a team.
Evasion Clause: No use of evasion increasing moves, does not include accuracy lowering
Item Clause+: Two ‘standard’ pokemon may use the same item as each other, but can only be used once. All other pokemon must have unique items
‘Abusive’ Pokemon: Using an ‘abusive’ pokemon, while allowed, locks out three battle slots on your team. You must also let your opponent know you intend to use one before battle too. Using a second ‘abusive’ pokemon locks out the one remaining battle slot.
Legality: Only pokemon and items legally obtainable in game at the point when the battle was organised are allowed, ie. no Contrary Serperior or Flying Gem at time of writing.

<b>Other Information</b>

There are certain pokemon such as Mega Mewtwo Y, Arceus etc. that have immense power or potential and are very difficult to stop. We allow their use but we try to balance them out. For more information read the ‘Abusive’ Pokemon rule above. Anything not listed below we will call ‘standard’.
