I am very sorry that you receive a completely different item from the product you purchase. Thank you for the images.

We would like you to return the item back to us. We will reimburse up-to $20 for return shipping fee. Once the item is posted, please provide us with the image of the receipt of posting the item and we will reimburse the shipping fee to you.

Include with your returning item a note with the following details:

1. Your order number
2. Your full name and address the order was sent to
3. The support tickets reference number
4. Reason why the item was returned

Do not send a parcel back without someway for us to know who sent it.

    We recommend that you send the return in a small padded envelope

    It is also recommended that you send your return by regular airmail, the same method you would send a letter by, this will reduce your shipping costs.

Could you also please provide us with your current shipping address once the item is posted and we will go ahead and mail out the correct item.
