South Africa was originally inhabited by black people.
In 1652 Dutch people from the Netherlands were send to South Africa, named as boers.
After that other people from diffrent European countries came too.
The boers controlled South Africa, but the Africaans defended their culture, this was the beginning of the Apartheid.
The Apartheid seperated people of different races.
