- Tuesday: Chest+Tris
- Flat barbell bench 3x6-8
- Incline dumbbell bench 3x8-12
- Flyes 3x12-15
- Lateral raises 3x15
- Weighted Dips 3x12-20
- Tricep Pushdown 5x12-15
- Wednesday: Back, Bis, +Abs
- Deadlift 1x6, 1x8, 1x12
- Weighted chins 3x8-12
- Bb/db Rows 3x10-15
- Curls 3x12
- Hammer curls 3x12
- Ab wheel 3 sets
- Thursday: Shoulders+Tris
- Standing Barbell OHP – 5-7x8-12
- Lateral raises 3x15
- Dips 3x12-20
- Rear delt machine 3x12-15
- Tricep pushdown 5x12-15
- Friday: Legs+Abs
- Squat 4x8-12

- Rear delt machine 3x12-15
- Sunday: Rest (optional push day)
