Why are you applying to be a chat mod for ‘CSGORapids.com’? Because it is a site that i think I can contribute my skills to.

Are you level 10 or above on steam? Yes, Level 34

What leadership experience do you have in both an online setting and offline? Online: I have been in leadership positions for many games, such as Gmod and Minecraft. I have also been admin on a different csgo gambling site. Offline: I dont exactly know what your asking but I have had leadership postions at school. (I hope that answers the question)

Have you ever Gotten a VAC ban? Nope.

What specific qualities that would qualify you for a moderator position? I am friendly, active and i enjoy chatting. I also like answering users questions and helping them solve their problems.

If selected, how active will you be towards the website? 5 days a week, 6-8 hrs per day.

Are there any unexpected time constraints that would prevent you from fulfilling your duties as a moderator? Saturdays and Sundays.  i would be less active those days. Aside from that Im good.

Is there any additional information you would like to share? I have gambled on the site a couple of times, Not as much as i'd like too. I have numerous friends who actively gamble(ed) and could refer them to your site. ~I appreciate the opportunity of this postion.
