1. 1. Rules
2.
3. - By playing on the TwinStar server the player agrees to these rules and agrees to adhere to them.
4.
5. - The administrator reserves himself the right to change the server rules at any time.
6.
7. - The list of some in-game violations is to be found below.
8.
9. - The language for in-game general channels is mainly English.
10.
11. - The player is obliged to observe changes to the rules announced via the twinstar.cz or kronos-wow.com web portal and abide by them even if they are not yet listed here.
12.
13. - The administrator is the highest instance, his decision is final and there is no countermanding his decision.
14.
15. - The Gamemaster acts upon a direct order from the Head Gamemaster and - in the absence of the Head Gamemaster - can act on his behalf, provided he has a permission to do so. It is possible to appeal against the Gamemaster's decision to the Head Gamemaster exclusively via private means of communication (IRC, PM on the forum, E-mail).
16.
17. - The player is obliged to report any bug in the game. Failing to do so or abusing the bug will be punished based on the decision of a competent person.
18.
19. - The player is obliged to report actions of another player that are in conflict with the server rules. The report may be directed to any person who is a part of the server team. Failing to do so is considered a gross violation of the server rules and the player might/will be punished as an accomplice.
20.
21. - Any form of mocking, insulting or otherwise doing anything in contrast to a decision of any member of the server team is strictly prohibited.
22.
23. - The Administrator reserves himself the right to banish any player from the server and services connected to the server WITHOUT stating a reason.
24.
25. - There is no excuse for not knowing the rules.
26.
27.
28. 2. Appeal for GM assistance and problem reporting
29.
30. 2.1) BugReport system
31.
32. 2.2) in-game Ticket system
33.
34. 2.3) IRC
35.
36.
37. Problems that can be resolved by a Gamemaster directly in-game are to be addressed through the ticket system. Other problems can be discussed on the forum or with a competent person (GameMaster) on the IRC channel #kronos-wow, via an IRC query or a PM on the forum (Do not forget to fill in the message subject! Incoming messages without subject will be deleted unread!). Use e-mail correspondence only exceptionally or in special occasions. For clarification, a list of the most frequent problems follows. In case the player is faced with a problem not listed below, he is advised to use common sense and think twice whether his problem is to be addressed through the ticket system or somewhere else.
38.
39.
40. 2.1) BugReport:
41.
42. Things to consider before reporting:
43.
44. - It is essential for you to read How To Report a bug before creating a report. In case you do not follow the instructions and create an inappropriate report, it might be cancelled and not dealt with at all!
45.
46. - Disable addons and delete WTF folder to ensure the issue is not caused by your addons.
47.
48. - You are only allowed to write in English in the bugreport, whether you are creating a report or adding a comment. Using other language(s) might result in being banned from posting to the bugreport.
49.
50. - Check twice before you create a new issue whether a similar/the same issue concerning the same bug has not already been created. if it has, then write a comment updating it and provide any new information that has not been stated yet.
51.
52. - When you create a report, please provide us with as many information as possible (thorough description and/or screenshot, video etc.). The more information we get, the sooner the issue might be resolved.
53.
54. Things that are to be reported in the BugReport:
55.
56. - all bug reports or problems which - due to their nature - are not possible to be resolved in-game
57.
58. - global problems (i.e. problems that concern not only you but more or all players)
59.
60.

93.
94. - vulgarities, spam, gibberish (can be punished with an in-game BAN http://forum.twinstar.cz/forumdisplay.php/507-Blacklist-(Kronos))
95.
96.
97.
98. !!! ATTENTION !!! Every ticket absolutely HAS TO contain a detailed description of the problem, the TIME when the player can be contacted in-game, the NICK of the character on which the player can be contacted or the NICK of the affected character if they are not identical.
99.
100.
101. Ticket treatment:
102.
103. If you want to have your issue resolved more quickly and easily, you can contact a GM directly on the #kronos-wow IRC channel. However, we cannot guarantee you 24/7 support there.
104.
105.
106. 2.3) Things that are to be addressed on the IRC:
107.
108. - in-game problems, which you are advised to present in the ticket as well (if it can be addressed there). If the problem is solved, delete the ticket. We cannot guarantee you that there will aways be a GM available to help you on the IRC!
109.
110. - urgent problems that need to be resolved in a shortest time possible
111.
112.
113. 3. Linked punishments
114.
115. In case of a violation of the rules of one of the services (game, forum, IRC), it may be decided to impose a punishment on another service. Meaning, if the player is punished with a BAN on the forum, he may be punished with a BAN in-game. Ban on the IRC channel can likewise be linked with a BAN in-game. Punishments can be linked between any of the services, including a global blocking of all the services of the twinstar.cz/kronos-wow.com server.
116.
117.
118. 4. Purchasing stars
119.
120. - Purchasing stars is allowed only via the official DONATE system
121.
122. - Any attempt to sell DONATE stars in any other way (PM, chat in the game, advertisements, etc.) will lead to a permanent ban on the seller's account and, if possible, a permanent IP ban. If there is a player repeatedly trying to sell stars from one IP address, a ban might be imposed on multiple/all the accounts connecting from the IP address.
123.
124. 5. Using anonymous connection and DynIP
125.
126. - It is strictly forbidden to use any means of changing or hiding real information about a connected client.
127.
128. - It is strictly forbidden to connect to the game server, forum or IRC via anonymous proxy servers (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3), ELITE proxy, web anonymizers, anonymous VPN servers or other services, including any software using these means.
129.
130. - The only exception is using BNC (PsyBNC) for connecting to the IRC channels of the server.
131.
132. - Performing the aforementioned forbidden activities will result in locating the real server/forum/IRC accounts of the person involved and their immediate suspension.
133.
134. - Any abuse of the variability of dynamic IP addresses for spamming or violating the rules will result in sending the LOGs of such actions to an ISP (=connection provider) to which the DynIP is registered and immediate cessation of these actions will be demanded. In extreme cases the situation may result in filing an official complaint against the person involved.
135.
136. In case of using an anonymous connection, it is possible to grant an exception. The appeal for an exception must be sent exclusively via e-mail and must contain the name of the account (or a registered nick on IRC), service involved (game, forum, IRC), type of the connection (Ann proxy, Elite, VPN, ... etc.) and the reason for using an anonymous connection (e.g. A port is blocked on the dormitories, therefore I use a tunnel to an anonymous VPN server via which I play). Upon approval, the user is authorized to use an anonymous connection. Requests have to be sent to the server Administrator only.
