<li>Don't break anything you didn't make.</li>
<li>Don't destroy other peoples creations.</li>
<li>Don't place blocks randomly.</li>
<li>Don't take resources close to homes (Gravel, Sand, etc).</li>
<li>Mods will get you banned (you can ask if a mod is ok).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Don't ask admin fir things like day, or items.. No rain is ok.</li>
<li>No Swearing is allowed!</li>
<li>No Spamming (Server IP's or Url's).</li>
<li>No saying IP(s).</li>
<li>No harassing,</li>
<li>No racial profanity.</li>
<li>Try to be nice to people.</li>
<li>Pay attention to chat.</li>
<li>Never tell the /apply code to anyone.</li>
<li>Keep caps to a minimum.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Do not /tp to someone and /tp others to their base during a raid/battle.</li>
<li>Do not attack others with godmode/vanish enabled.</li>
<li>Do not use fly in PVP, to get away from PVP or to enter someone’s base.</li>
<li>Do not give out or sell spawned items unless given special permission by one of the staff.</li>
</ul>

<font size="4"><b><u>PvP Rules</u></b></font>

- Killing people in their homes is not allowed.
<ul>
     <li>If they are shooting arrows at you from inside their home, you may kill them.</li>
     <li>You may hit them</li>
     <li>You may kill them if they invited you in and attacked you, but you must return their items.</li>
     <li>House Killing is only legal if</li>
</ul>

<li>A raid is declared, and the opposing faction accepts it.</li>
<li>b. A long term war is declared and both factions accept it.</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Killing at warps is illegal unless specially designated otherwise</li>
<li>Raiding is allowed, but NO griefing.</li>
<li>No PvP in homes or shops.</li>
<li>Don't complain when you die</li>
<li>Do not kill people in towns ( excludes wars )</li>
