I am not very known on the fourms and I mostly play with friends on the server so I though I should just wing it. I also chnaged up the app format a bit but I thin you'll still like it

About You/Intro:
	Hello all! As most of you may not know, I am Gnissen. I have been on this server for over two months now (July 20th), And
Have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Along the way I have made fantastic firneds that have shown me how to improve,
mentors that guide me not just through the game but through life, and amazing people that I still have yet to get to know.
Outside of Furious PvP, I play soccer and am (now) the captain of my ultimate Frisbee team, I spend time with my family and have a new sister on the way. In school I am going into
grade 10 and taking programming and some other computer related courses. I enjoy playing soccer, traveling, and of course, playing Furious PvP.

Why I want to be an Admin/ Why I would be an Asset.
	Furious PvP is the first server I ever joined. It's also the only one I play on continuously. Being here for almost two months
has only made me love it more. I strive to be apart of the community talking often in game while I am not playing.
I try my hardest to do my best all the time. there have been times when I've faltered in this, and I have learned and moved on from those
experiances.  As a captain, I gained the experience of working with more experienced players as well as having to teach players utterly new to the sport how to throw a Frisbee.
Similarly, as a Helper/Moderator, I will be expected to assist the players with their problems. With that experience already under my wing, I know
that I have what’s required for leading the new players/regular players in the right direction. I believe I am ready to take the next step in my Furious PvP journey

	 I can also think of 5 good reasons why I would be an asset to the team and some of my strengths I would like to talk about.
	- I am fair and not one sided.
	- I am a nice person in general.
	- I am a good leader.
	- I am a quality team member.

	Work Ethic: I’m not going to lie. I don’t know how good my work ethic is. I like to get my work done, but sometimes I go through it extensively and take some time.
I can be a fast worker but I usually like to get the job done, even if that means being slow. I always like to remember that
doesn’t matter how fast you finish your test, it matters how efficiently you finished it.

	Maturity: I believe I am quite mature, although you see me often joking around in chat (not that I’m really funny), when it comes down to the serious stuff,
 then I will act in an appropriate manner. When you have a staff team full of completely immature members, it just gets out of hand, but on the other side – when you
 have a staff team full of extremely strict members the job can get boring, very… very easily! I believe I have a good balance between both acting mature and having a laugh!

	Unbiased: I am not biased towards any views. Whenever any evidence is given to me, I would always happily look at the opposing views to decide what I would believe to
be correct. I will not side with anyone unless sufficient evidence is provided, and even if there is plenty of evidence it must be thorough!

Conclusion:

I believe I would be an appropriate choice for the staff team for the following reasons:

Unbiased: I’m unbiased, I don’t take sides unless I’m given the right evidence!

Maturity: I can be mature, adopting a serious personality when needs be, with a nice balance between getting work done and having a laugh.?

And importantly, the points I can improve:

Forum & Teamspeak Activity: I’m not too active on either of the two, however this is definitely improving.
