This will serve as a basic reference manual. We want to provide everyone with access to the tools they need to research for #opnsa, as a collective, this is vital to our success. We assume that you are already secure, as you should have already read the other links in the topic, so none of those topics will be covered here. Always use critical thinking skills. Don’t simply scan an item. Take notes as you read it so you fully absorb what you are reading.
