In some cases 46 syllables aren't enough. In this case you have to combind some sings while you write the 2nd sign a bit smaller.

NI + Y  syllable=NY+vocal. NI+YO will be NYO.
I syllable + Y syllable =consonant from the I syllable + Y syllable
(a.ex.: NI+YO= NYO, KI+YU= KYU)
Sometimes there will be a TSU, this means that you have to double the next consonant.

You have to speak it with a small break; Kek-----kon. But the break shouldn't be too long.
