HaloRuns ruling: odst ng vs ng+

Starting on PtD (NG/NG+)
+ has the opening cutscene for the game
+ narrative beginning of the game
+ when you press "Start New Campaign" it starts on PtD

Starting on MS (NG+ only):
+ allows for different routing options
+ Mongoose from start = fastest option
- random locations
- could argue it's not the beginning of the game, just meant as a way to replay missions/explore

Temporary Profile (NG):
+ 'pure' way to play the game
- annoying to transfer films, chat on XBL, etc
- can't skip tutorial (+1 min)
- have to go around collecting audio logs (+? min)
- slower category without much benefit

Old Profile (NG+):
+ same route as NG without the collecting or tutorials, therefore faster
+ more convenient for films, XBL chat, etc
+ what you get if you press "Start New Campaign" on an existing profile, indicating it is the intended way to replay the game
- it's wrong to skip tutorials (???)
