- Hi.
- On Linux, I pretty much replaced Virtualbox with the combination of
- qemu/KVM, virsh/virt-manager and Openvswitch.
- Virt-manager, in particular, is pretty nice for initial setup/install.
- Now, I saw on Bhyve wiki that libvirt has support for it, and libvirt has some documentaion for it.
- Have you had the chance to play with it yet?
- If bhyve JustWorks[tm] with virsh/virt-manager the way qemu/kvm does, I think that might
- help with bhyve adoption (learning curve is less steep when you have a nice GUI).
- And, if new FreeNAS GUI is modular, add just the Bhyve parts of it, and you have something like Proxmox, but
- with FreeBSD goodies (jails, BE, nicely integrated ZFS etc.)
