  28. ScreenFX plc (AIM: SFX), the digital advertising and communications specialist,
  29. is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Elms to the Board of the Company
  30. as Finance Director, with immediate effect. Richard Schultz, who has been the
  31. Finance Director since January 2006, will relinquish his position but will
  32. remain as a Director of the Company and take up a new position of Commercial
  33. Director.

  37. Simon Elms is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying in 1994 after training at Price
  38. Waterhouse Coopers ('PWC'). Whilst at PwC Simon worked in Corporate Tax,
  39. Advisory and Corporate Finance, specialising in investigation and due diligence
  40. work. From 1995 to 1997 he worked at Ciba Specialty Chemicals managing the
  41. centralisation of their accounts function and overseeing the de-merger of that
  42. business from its pharmaceutical arm, Novartis. Since 1997, Simon has worked
  43. within the Entertainment and Media Industry. He was a formative director of a
  44. computer video game developer, Warthog plc, growing the business to a successful
  45. flotation in February 2001 and ultimately overseeing the acquisition of that
  46. Company in 2005 by a US-based publisher and hardware manufacturer.

  71. particularly pleased to welcome Simon as our new Finance Director. Simon brings
  72. with him valuable experience of the media sector and of public company life from
  73. his time spent at Warthog where he was instrumental in growing the business,
  74. listing it and then overseeing its acquisition. We would also like to take the
  75. opportunity to thank Richard for his short but important tenure as Finance
  76. Director and we believe that in their new positions, Simon and Richard will play
  77. key roles in our forward strategy.'

  82. period ending 30 June 2006 will be announced on Friday 29 September 2006. An
  83. analyst briefing given by David Clark (Chief Executive Officer) and Simon Elms
  84. (Finance Director) and David Neale (Managing Director), will be held at 9.30 am
