  3. I'm going to be explaining why giving me a harassment violation was completely unwarranted given the evidence that Sishen provided.

  7. I'm not sure if the moderators are really sensitive, but the two screenshots that Sishen provided weren't even close to harassment.

  9. The first screenshot provided was a screenshot of me saying "Don't juxtapose me to Sishen."

  11. Does that single comment warrant a full harassment violation? Is it THAT hurtful?

  17. The second screenshot provided by Sishen was a screenshot of a comment I made in an opinions thread.

  19. In the thread title, I said to post in it for an honest, hardcore opinion. What Sishen didn't show was that the thread was completely satirical.

  23. Literally every "opinion/apology" I made were completely satirical. Some of my comments use the word "juxtapose."

  29. I hope the moderators realize they gave me a harassment violation for a thread that was a complete joke.

  33. When I messaged Nillager, this is what I was told:

  35. "He proved adequately for the moderation team that he had established disconsent to what you had said prior to the report [...] He disconsented to your comments, and you made further remarks against him that he objected to. "

  37. Sishen provided a screenshot of a chat with Error that said the person that instigates interactions would be the one responsible for harassment.

  39. I was never involved in that conversation, nor was I ever told that Sishen had "disconsent" to me. Had I known he disconsent, I would completely cut interactions with him.

  41. This "established disconsent" comment proves to have absolutely NO merit when Sishen commented on MY satirical thread.

  43. If Sishen knew not to interact with me, why did he comment on a thread that jokingly made fun/insulted the user? The thread was completely SATIRE. He's trying to claim a satirical comment was harassment.

  49. - The evidence that Sishen provided does not show harassment. He posted screenshots without much background information on them to pass them off as "harassment."

  51. - Sishen never expressed disconsent with me nor did a moderator ever tell me to stop interacting with him. Obviously, I was told this last night, which I will heed now.

  53. The report should have been NV'd and told both Sishen and me to stop interacting with each other. This harassment violation was completely unwarranted given the evidence that Sishen provided.
