Iron man 3 Rant

Sigh, Iron man 3. Where to start ?
His suit suddenly cannot take a little heat ? But the thousands of volts that Whiplash sent through it in the last movie, he just shakes off ? Also, hes been in space with the suit. Yes, the suit is a prototype, but still, the villains just punch right through the other finished suits when they fight later.
And what about the superpowers that serum gives the bad guys ? He breathes fire all of a sudden, wtf ?
And how can the bad guys suddenly control Rhodes suit ? Stark says himself that only he controls his own suits, so wouldn’t it make sense if only Rhodes could control his ? And don’t tell me they hacked the suit, because Stark hacked their entire system from a TV truck, so one would think his security on his suits is a little better than what they can bring to the fight.
Also, how did the bad guys find him in the little rural town ? I know he sent an SOS message to all his suits and they had Rhodes suit at that point, but still, the helmet Peppers finds don’t carry a tracking signal to Stark, neither does he mention where he is, because Pepper don’t come to his rescue afterwards. Sure, they came to get the report, which doesn’t seem like an end worth tying, seeing as only Stark has been able to figure it out, with his million dollar super computer and a virtually created crime scene.
Also, why did Jarvis fly him to the little city ? Because he plotted a course beforehand ? Come on ! If Jarvis had just carried him up in the clouds for ½ hour and down again, the EMTs could have helped him, while they were digging out his freaking house. And then Pepper would not have been caught in the first place.
Speaking of the house, how does a MISSIIIIIILE get anywhere near the Stark residence ? He used to make WEAPONS ffs! That house ought to be the safest house on the planet with at least some kind of missile defence system. Also, why doesn’t he just activate the suits when he spots the helicopters ? Hes standing in the house while it crubles for what seems like forever and yet further into the movie, he activated the suits with a single command ? Yes, they needed to dig out his cellar again, but at this point, the house has not even collapsed yet.
And why do we need his little sissy PTSD breakdowns, if they don’t give anything to the story ? He just shakes them off later, as If nothing happened. It all feels like some forced attempt at pushing more avengers references into the movie.
And don’t even get me startet on Mandarin. They fucked up so bad. Building up such a cool character and then hes just an actor ? All the passion and hate they could have used for a final fight, wasted on a cheap joke that the guy is an actor ?
Also, the main bad guy (Killian) shoots the science girl ? “Don’t shoot me, you need me!” “Nah” *bang* He just shot the brains of the whole operation, who is the only one who can produce the serum THAT YOU NEED TO NOT DIE OF AN OVERDOSE !
And what was Killians plan really ? We never get a clear answer. All we know is that hes really good friends with the vicepresident, because of the latters daughter with no leg.
Aaaand the ending. This guy, we know nothing about, we have no idea what his plan is, he breates fire AND hes defeated by a sidecharacter (Pepper). I would have LOOOVED to see a battle between (gasp) Iron Man and (GGAAASSSP!) Mandarin. Is that too much to ask in a freaking IRON MAN ! movie ? Im sure Iron Man fans didnt go to the movies, to watch Pepper beat Killians ass. My 2 cents.
