Special Containment Procedures: Instances of SCP-__-1 are to be quickly gagged and taken to Site-?? for contaiment or termination should no further room be available.  The immediate area in which an instance of -1 is found in should be purged via audio equipment playing any album by rock star Marylin Manson.

At Site-??, a modified prison block is kept to contain no more than 15 instances of SCP.  This containment site is to contain a  television in each cell playing Fox News at all times.

The Prison block is to have an airtight seal and specialized filtration device within the ventilation which is comprised of audio equipment playing all of the albums of Marylin Manson on repeat.  The music is to be kept at a level inaudible save for inside the ventilation system to prevent all instances of SCP from entering a rage state.

In order to prevent boredom and ultimately a rage state, D-Class or Volunteers that are innoculated by listening to Marylin Manson within the past hour are introduced to the cell block in order to converse with instances with -1.  They are to be of a more conservative political view, and are not to have committed any violent crimes or have violent tendences.

After the hour of service is complete, D class and Volunteers are allowed past the airlock and into showers to decomntaminate their skin and jumpsuits.  These showers are to be playing cycling albums by Marylin Manson to further decontaminate.

Description: SCP is a fungus which takes the appearance of a shoddily constructed spray-on toupee present on the top of the head.  SCP always matches the tone of hair that the host has, which is therein referred to as SCP-___-1.  Should the host have a full head of hair, it will fall out to make room for the fungal growth.

Instances of SCP__-1 believe that they are Fox News commentator Bill O'Reilly, and appear to have some degree of hive mind connectivity.  This is believed to be the reason to their tendency to become agitated in unison, despite being in different rooms or even considerable distances away.

SCP is capable of reproduction via spores expelled through the mouth during heated conversations, and in especially large amounts should an expletive be uttered.  This is problematic as instances of -1 are prone to anger.  It appears the volume of SCP-___-1's voice affects the quantity of spores expelled.

The spores themselves are unremarkable and can be eliminated by standard antifungal methods.  Although a more effective method of disinfection is playing any song written by Marylin Manson at a loud enough volume to be audible.  This kills all of the spores within audible range.

Should an individual be exposed to the spores, they have 4 hours to decontaminate via shower and listening to music written by Marylin Manson.  Should an invidual that is exposed go untreated, the fungal infection will set in and enter its first stage of three.  Each stage lasts 24 hours.

Stage 1: Subjects report an itching at the top of their scalp, and an oily secretion can be observed on the top of their head.  50% of subjects at this point report hearing Bill O'Reilly's voice, even if they had no prior knowledge of him.  Dissection reveals fungal growths in the interior of the skull.

Stage 2: A visible growth that is the exact same color of the subject's natural hair manifests at the scalp.  Subjects report feeling dizzy and more irritable, and may become more conservative in their political views.  Dissection at this point reveals fungal growths deep in the frontal lobe of the subject's brain.

Stage 3: Over the next 24 hours, the subject goes catatonic.  They will not respond to external stimuli or stimulants.  Dissection reveals the subject's frontal lobe has been almost completely replaced with fungus that somehow emulates its function.  Painless polyps manifest within the sinuses and throat, and exhde spores to infect others.

Instances of SCP-___-1 have a life expectancy of 2 years under proper care.

Bill O'Reilly himself has been deemed unconnected to SCP, as agitating and calming the hive mind have no correlation with Bill O'Reilly's mood.
