Threat Capped was a guild merger between Unity and Scrub Express. I joined them approximately 3-4 weeks prior to AQ's release on Kronos 2, about a month after the guild merge - as I had references in the guild along with top performance and reputation I was brought into the main raid after two weeks.

I noticed a red flag when I saw the veterans of Unity were slacking on their consumables even during our first AQ Progression raid Aganah was even using Agi instead of mongoose, I didn't check his stones since at the time I didn't really mind and had other things to focus on. I wasn't recording and didn't take any screenshots at the time, but I started taking them in BWL prior to being lootbanned for calling them out on it.

This was an all too common theme, I wish I knew at the time the reasons why.

Over the next few weeks I maintained 100% uptime on full consumables and strived for perfection in my play in raids.

The next red flag happened about a week into AQ release. Aganah and Nevajo had reserved AQ20 books for people who did not even attend the AQ20 raid. I again just assumed this was for optimization purposes and didn't bat an eye as I assumed obviously as long as someone in my group had a shout upgrade it doesn't matter. (btw Nare has no idea how to maintain battle shout and got a book - what a waste)

After discussion with the guild regarding the AQ20 books being distributed to people who weren't attending the raid, we had decided not to do that anymore. In the next AQ20 Aganah did the exact same thing. I was actually streaming at the time when he came in and raged at the raid demanding the books. It was embarrassing.

Fast forward a few weeks; people are still slacking and lots of warrior loot is dropping and going to the people slacking. At this stage I started voicing my concerns and was promptly shut down as I was 'only a trial' and didn't have a say in matters. I was labeled a loot complainer etc by established members who were putting in minimal effort but trying to maintain their status.

I even got muted on discord by Aganah for talking. I left the raid when I found out I had been silenced and talked to Kraxis who said Aganah would not have a say in my loot anymore as he has a conflict of interest since he had a personal vendetta against me for trying to fix TC melee's slacking.

I stayed the course as I believed remaining loyal to a guild - even if they're soaking all the loot first I knew eventually I would get a piece.

On the last week before the merge - by now every warrior has received at least 2 AQ pieces, some receiving more, and I had still received nothing. I would still have been okay with this had my peers not been slacking.

Dark edge dropped that night, they gave it to a warrior who doesn't pvp, who doesn't help the Alliance coalition to secure more loot for our raid team, who had literally just costed 8 people their worldbuffs+consumables not 10 minutes earlier by asspulling when told not to, etc. I voiced my concern and was shut down again, but I still remained loyal.

The next day the entire Unity core left, with full knowledge of the break up at least 2 weeks prior. Scrub Express had no idea and assumed everything would be business as usual after the merge. Not only did they just lose their guild but Unity took almost ALL of the loot. It became clear to me then that there were big reasons why they weren't trying and why they did their best to hoard as much loot as possible. They planned to get as much as they could before joining a K1 guild while full well knowing how bad it would screw Scrub Express members.

It turned out he had shadow lootbanned me anyway because I had tried to improve the guild.
