Goals meeting,

Talking about Progress. we are changing stuff. Alex personal issue = having a hard time raid leading while healing. Marcus is gonna do more calling and stuff. Alex might swap to a ranged DPS ( AKA HUNTERRRRR )
But yeah marcus is gonna do more calling while raiding.


Next topic logs / officers / role leaders.

Drozu = Ranged Officer / Log reviewer / Amazing kiddo. Satory is helping Drozu out with that. They are both gonna be ranged DPS ''Leader''.

Abzo = gonna be melee officer log reviewer Doom is helping him out with that. Basicly both gonna be Melee officers helping melee out where they can. Think of DPS increases positioning / DPS CD's usage and more.

Talking about mythic +

People seem to have different opinions on what they wanna achieve within the game. And we should perhaps think about what we want to do with the guild and the people that simply can't meet the requirements. They might have to go to a bit more casual guild.

Thinking of making a requirement of everyone having a +10 done each week. If they don't reach that goal. Ask for a reason. If they don't have a viable reason for not doing it. Than give them a warning.

Still taking about goals. Goals seem to be a lot different. In my opinion there should be a talk about everyone's goals. And decide wether we go casual or wether we go semi hardcore.
