  1. Please post all logs to pastebin.com. To prevent future issues, such as pastebin flagging your log as spam and deleting it, it is simplest to create an account on pastebin.com and use that account to upload your logs.
  2.
  3.
  4. For Launcher Problems: You will be asked to provide a Client-side Console log. The console is the other screen that appears when you open your Feed the Beast. If yours does not appear, you will need to go into the Options tab and make sure the box next to “Show Console” is checked. Then every time after this your console will appear as well. Some of the staffers will ask for your console in "Debug" mode. This can be found by selecting 'Debug' from the first drop down menu on the bottom of your console. The console log is NOT a text file. You must get the console contents from the console itself.
  5.
  6.
  7.
  8. For Modpack Problems: You will be asked to provide (at the very least) a crash log. This appears when your game crashes, so make sure you don't close out of your Minecraft window until it appears. You may also be asked for a Console log.
  9. You can force Minecraft to crash and generate a crash log by holding the “F3” + “C” at the same time for 10 seconds. This will crash Minecraft and generate a crash report.
  10.
  11.
  12. For ForgeModLoader Problems: You will need to provide (at the very least) the FML log. This can be found in the Mod-packs Minecraft folder. That folder is located in the installation directory of where you set Feed-The-Beast to be installed. (If you have forgotten where, launch FTB and go to the options page. It is listed under “Install path”.
  13. The file path will resemble this one: C:\Users\Me\Desktop\FTB\Direwolf20\minecraft. You may also be asked for a Console or Crash log.
  14.
  15.
  16. For Server Problems: You will be asked to provide a Server log. This should be in the server folder. Your file path should resemble this: C:\Users\Me\Desktop\DW20Server. You may be asked for any of the above logs.
  17.
  18.
  19.
  20. A note on logs: please always provide the most recent, COMPLETE log to pastebin.com. Partial logs or just the error portion of the log, are completely useless in determining a problem.
