There is far more to this. The space-based and sub-sea weapon systems that control the e-war field effect systems includes AQUAINT and Hydra (which put "haarp" appropriately in place in a gradeschool classroom) and handles all of the abstract analogue signals intelligence is designed with the capability to isolate and "lock on" to organic body and cognitive resonances, namely, it is designed to jam human bodies. A number of other systems are also capable of this, but the signals control nodes are capable of transforming remote-sensed bio-organic and (spiritual / cognitive) signals directly into processable data feeds, meaning it can transpose "thoughts" directly to computer data streams. These systems are not dependent on a physical proximity to the organic, they use the same abstract field influence systems to generate control signals as used in the "stealth" and other projected energy systems. Prior systems, typically designed to ensure that highly sensitive information never leaves a human with knowledge, even under extreme interrogation or chemical / electrical influences, tend to rely on either a body mounted transponder which helps to provide the field-effect signals coupling or require highly advanced tracking systems that isolate the specific organic from the ambient energies and other signals (typically used around military bases). The direct influence of an organic or human body or conscious is illegal, a crime against humanity and a crime against nature, and such weapons have been previously sanction in all extremes aside from evacuation from incoming nuclear weapon or catastrophic threats. To date there is no legal documented usage of such weapons on the human population, however weaponisation and related exploitation of similar energy systems has been a systemic threat to human society and nature, especially in recent decades.
