So a quick poke at this stuff, Lofton and MVG are both owned by Greggory Mondesir, you can find this out by searching for Lofton and Most Valuable Gaming here at the New York state LLC search

What’s also interesting is the address, it’s the same as where EMP resides. EMP has since hired a registered agent to represent them, but from another site…

Looks like they’re a fishing company now. But with the same address and unit number. These records are active and represent kind of where there doing business from address. It’s where all the legal documents are sent. So someone from MVG is still at that address.
So I’m a little suspicious that not only those addresses are the same, but in addition he is using his own company to hype this over venture by pretending to have a big Private Equity firm behind it.

The Pitch Deck:
Ever wonder why MVG events are run poorly? It’s because they have a long history of it. But they’re really good at painting rainbows and unicorns! I’m pretty sure a lot of the claims on this deck are false, and even offensive. The most interesting part of this is slide 19

Sound familiar? It’s because they were the ones responsible for VxG, aka DA BEECH, aka one of the biggest organizational disasters on the FGC side. The TL;DR on Da Beech is everything from head to toe went wrong, from transporting players to even paying out winners. Also EMP hyped it to no end.

At this point I was tired of manually looking through public records, so I paid an online service to do it for me. And low and behold, Gregg runs many LLC’s! 3(Could be many more since MVG is owned by his other LLC) And there’s also quite a bit of run-ins with the IRS. Hmm… smells fishy! Reeks of tax and accounting fraud. In-short: LLC’s when bankrupted protect the individual’s assets that owns them, and also you can write off your losses on your PERSONAL income tax. However if you’re running businesses on less than faithful basis, the IRS considers it tax fraud. Back to slide 19, he claims he is a financial expert. Lol?

Where’s all this money coming from?
No one knows, not the people who’ve worked with him, not the players he sponsors and not anyone he’s ever pitched to. My guess? That pitch deck to anyone outside this realm sounds believable. So the rothwyn designer guy and the energy drink guy are probably clueless and thinks he’s got this huge audience ready to shell out money.

The Conclusion
History has shown MVG cannot execute at all. And evidence also points to they have no idea to run a business. I would stay far away from this organization as they are very good at painting unicorns and rainbows and severely lack all sort operational expertise.
