1. Friends Talk! Pieces of an Intermission
2.
3. Chapter 1 - A Recording Full of Memories
4. 3: Alright! I think we'll be able to finish cleaning everything today!
5. 3: Huh? What was this DVD again?
6. *click*
7. 4: I can't do it.... I don't think I'll finish cleaning my room until like next year....
8. 1: Please refrain from making this a two-year project.
9. 6: I don't think I'll be able to finish cleaning either.... Figuring out where all my merch should go has been terribly difficult....
10. 2: Well, that's because you have way too much merch. Just throw away the stuff you don't need anymore.
11. 6: I still need everything though?
12. 7: Aw come on, both of you guys cleaned with all your might back when I wasn't feeling well. You can do it guys, I'm sure of it!
13. *click*
14. 5: I've finished cleaning the entryway. Once the 28th rolls around, we should decorate it.
15. 3: We should! Good job, Sougo! Also, do you guys know what this DVD is?
16. 5: I wonder what it is.... It says 'for storage' on it too.
17. 2: Wasn't it that thing? That one project, from part of a super long TV show? TRIGGER and Re:vale were in it too....
18. 7: It's "Friends Talk!"
19. 2: Yeah. That, that.
20. 3: It'd be a waste to put this into storage. It'd be nice if all our fans could watch this someday!
21. 5: Indeed.
22. 1: Since this is such a rare chance, we should all watch it together.
23. 4: How about we watch it right now!
24. 1: No. After you clean your room, Yotsuba-san.
25. 5: I'll help you out, Tamaki-kun.
26. 3: Well, I guess I'll help Nagi clean his room then.
27. 6: OH...... I fear Mitsuki's Dumpster Shot....
28. 7: Alright! Let's all watch it over dinner, then!
29.
30. m: "Friends Talk!"
31. 7: Yay!
32. 4: Yay!
33. 4: So what exactly is "Friends Talk?"
34. m: "Everyone will be split into four groups of three, each with their own theme. It's an experiment to see people will become friends friends or get closer to each other by talking about all sorts of topics, however they want to talk about it."
35. m: -- is what they told me!
36. 4: Is it ok if we just talk like how we normally do? Also, aren't we pretty much friends already?
37. m: We are, we are! Riku and Tamaki are in the same group too!
38. 7: You're right! You mentioned a theme, but what kind of theme did our team get?
39. m: Hmm, let's see. Team A is: 'emotional!' (1)
40. 4: Cool.
41. 7: Wow!
42. 7: 'Emotional,' huh. What's the opposite of being emotional?
43. m: Being rational, I guess? Were there ever times when you were like, "Right now, I am a man of reason!"
44. 7: Huh!? Um.......
45. 7: When I resist the urge to eat something late at night, even though I'm hungry!
46. 4: Woah, that's amazing. That's super rational.
47. m: Definitely! Riku, you're so cool!
48. 7: Ehehe!
49.
50. 1: I look forward to working with you.
51. 9: I look forward to working with you too.
52. y: I look forward to it too. (2)
53. 1: It seems that our theme for Team B is: 'intellectual.'
54. 9: What an honor. But putting Yuki-san in the 'intellectual' category is....
55. y: What?
56. 1: Do you consider yourself an intellectual?
57. y: I do.
58. 1: Yuki-san certainly gets cast as intellectuals in dramas quite often. What about you, Kujou-san.
59. 9: I don't consider myself an intellectual.
60. y: Oh?
61. 1: How surprising.
62. 9: Do I look like one?
63. 1: Why did you just mime pushing up glasses?
64. y: You look very calm and collected. Is that different from being intellectual? What about you, Iori-kun? Do you consider yourself an intellectual?
65. 1: Me? Well.... I'm the type of person who makes decisions based off of data versus my own emotions.
66. y: Ah, that's definitely something intellectual would do.
67. 9: Have you ever used numbers as the basis for anything, Yuki-san?
68. y: I can't say I haven't.
69. 9: What do you mean?
70. y: I don't really like it when my hotel room number has '4' in it. (3)
71. 9: Ah, I understand.
72. 1: You do?
73. 9: You don't?
74. 1: The number '4' is only associated with death. It isn't the basis for anything in the slightest.
75. y: That's true.
76. 9: True, there isn't any basis.
77. 1: ....... This team isn't very intellectual at all if we're analyzing something like this, and to this extent.
78. y: Hilarious.
79. 9: If you say that, won't this project be over?
80. 1: It's just....
81. y: ......Pfft....
82. 9: He's laughing.
83. 1: ...Is he okay?
84.
85. 3: Team C's theme is: "Something in Common!" Yay!
86. 10: I look forward to working with you guys.
87. 2: I look forward to working with you too. But what exactly do we have in common?
88. 3: Well, let's all try guessing!
89. 2: Is it written on that whiteboard?
90. 3: Yep.
91. 10: We're all legal adults.
92. 3: Bzzt-bzzt! (4)
93. 10: Huh? I wonder what it is...?
94. 2: We all like booze.
95. 3: Bzzt-bzzt!
96. 2: We all look kind!
97. 3: Bzzt! I can't believe you're saying that about yourself! Also, Tsunashi-san's the only nice one here!
98. 10: Yamato-kun and Mitsuki-kun are nice too though. Ah! I got it. We all like cooking.
99. 3: Wrong!
100. 10: Hmm?
101. 2: We all like Japanese food.
102. 2: Nope!
103. 10: I love Japanese food.
104. 2: Same. Mitsu, you like it too. Right?
105. 3: I do.
106. 2: Then how about it? Let's go with Japanese food as our answer then.
107. 3: Don't go and decide that yourself! Alright then, I'll tell you guys what the correct answer is!
108. 10: Yes, please.
109. 3: The correct answer is, 'older brother!'
110. Nikaidou Yamato・Tsunashi Ryuunosuke: Ahh!
111. Nikaidou Yamato・Tsunashi Ryuunosuke: Wait....?
112. 3: It's because Tsunashi-san and I both have younger brothers, and Yamato-san always calls himself "Onii-san!"
113. 2: Ah, I see. Feels kinda forced, though.
114. 3: Don't say that.
115. 2: I should've brought Tama with me to this team, then. Isn't he an older brother?
116. 10: You're right. Tamaki-kun's the eldest son in his family. In that case, then our Ten is also--
117. 3: Kujou, huh! Kujou definitely seems like an older brother too! I don't think he is one, though.
118. 10: Ah! Right, right. You're right. Ten's just very put together.
119. 2: Well, since all three of us are 'older brothers'.... Let's make this Older Brothers Talk, shall we?
120. 3: Yay!
121. 10: I look forward to it.
122.
123. 6: /Hello.
124. 8: I look forward to working with you guys.
125. 5: It will be a great pleasure working with you.
126. 8: Our team....
127. 8: "Doesn't seem to have anything in common."
128. 6: Oh......
129. 5: .......
130. 8: That's harsh.
131. 5: Indeed.... It says that we don't have anything in common, but Nagi-kun and I are from the same group....
132. 6: Yes! Yaotome-shi and I sang the same song together at the Zero Arena reopening ceremony, so we have friendly revelations.
133. 8: Relations, you mean. Well, I guess that's just the image we have. Our work doesn't really overlap either.
134. 5: That's true.
135. 8: You guys get along pretty well, yeah?
136. 5: We do. We do, right...?
137. 6: Of course. Sougo is a splendid friend.
138. 5: I'm glad. I feel so relieved.
139. 8: Are things awkward between you two?
140. 5: Not at all.
141. 8: Have you guys ever hung out together on one of your days off?
142. 5: We usually go somewhere together?
143. 6: We do.
144. 8: Where did you guys go?
145. 6: The other day, we went to a collab cafe.
146. 8: 'Collab?' What is that?
147. 5: The cafe is sponsored by an anime, which in turn creates a menu based off of the characters. There are even bonus goods to go with it....
148. 8: Ah. I get it. It's like character /bento, right?
149. 5: ...... Not quite.
150. 8: I totally get it. Moms make character /bento, but the cafe people make it instead. Right?
151. 5: It's not... /bento. There are instances when the food doesn't resemble the character's face or figure. Rather, it's food that was made with the image of the character in mind....
152. 8: Ah, I get it now. It's like how French cuisine has a seasonal menu. Sorta like an autumn /compote?
153. 5: No.......
154. 8: What. Why are you making such a pained face?
155. 5: Oh no, I am not in pain. I just don't know how to adequately explain it. It took me a while to understand as well.
156. 5: Nagi-kun, can you explain it to him?
157. 6: /OK.
158. 6: Listen well, Yaotome-shi. Pretend there's a large plate before you.
159. 8: Sure.
160. 6: You express your chara-love upon that canvas through cooking.
161. 8: 'Chara-love?'
162. 6: That's all.
163. 8: Wait, what's 'chara-love?'
164. 6: It is the driving force behind character /bento.
165. 8: I don't get it..... Osaka, can you explain it instead?
166. 5: ....... Well, um.... Let me start from the beginning.
167. 8: Sure.
168. 5: In essence, it's like how French cuisine has original menus. That's the same.
169. 8: That's the same, huh.
170. 5: Just as how you'd represent autumn through the ingredients you use, you would represent your chara-love--
171. 8: What's 'chara-love?'
172. 6: It's /love. (5)
173. 8: Love? Then it's just like I said earlier. That it's kinda like how moms make /bento with love. Right?
174. 5: Um.... It's not.... /bento.......
175. 6: It's fine, let's just leave it at that.
176. 8: Don't you dare give up now, Rokuya.
177.
178. m: Does the word "member" also mean friend to you?
179. 7: It does!
180. 4: It does.
181. m: I see!
182. 7: Is it different for you?
183. m: They're still really important, but members are different from friends. I think TRIGGER also has the same resolve as me.
184. 7: Is it something like family?
185. m: No, but IDOLiSH7 feels like a family!
186. 4: Who counts as a 'real friend' to you, Momorin?
187. m: 'Real!?' What an awful thing to ask! Everyone's a real friend to me!
188. 4: But don't you have tons? What do you have to do to be considered a 'real' friend? Are they a 'real' friend if you'd invite them to your birthday party, or something?
189. m: How often you can meet up is kinda irrelevant. Everyone's busy, after all. If you're interested in them and wanna get along with them, then aren't you friends?
190. 7: So you consider people you'd invite to your birthday party your friends, Tamaki?
191. 4: Back when I was a kid, yeah. But now I'm not too sure. About who's a 'real' friend, and stuff....
192. 7: Don't say something so mean! Your friends are gonna get nervous watching this!
193. 4: Not like that! How should I put it.... I have a lot more friends after becoming an idol. Like at school.
194. 7: Ah.
195. 4: But would they say 'yes' if I asked them 'Yo can I stay over at your place today?' outta the blue?
196. m: They would~ Well, if circumstances permit!
197. 4: I don't like that. I only wanna be friends with people who'd always say 'yes' if I asked them that.
198. 7: It's that thing, isn't it? Tamaki wants to be in the Top 5.
199. m: Top 5?
200. 4: You dumbass! Riku, shut up!!
201. 7: Even though he looks like this, Tamaki really minds things like rankings.
202. 4: Wah!! Don't tell him about that!!
203. m: Oh, what's this? Ranking?
204. 7: When you're talking about stuff alone with Tamaki, suddenly he'll just be like....
205. 7: ......Hey, Rikkun. Where do I rank outta all of the members, in terms of how much you like me?
206. m: That's so cute...!!
207. 4: I told you not to tell him...!!
208. 7: Everyone said they got asked in secret.
209. m: Ahaha. I'm curious about the rankings too~ Oh? What about your partner, Sougo? Where did he rank you?
210. 4: I dunno.
211. m: You can't /not know.
212. 4: Everyone burst into laughter when I asked.
213. 7: Who wouldn't laugh!
214. m: Ahaha! IDOLiSH7 sure is cute!
215. To be continued....
216.
217.
218.
219. (1) Team A's theme is: 感情的 would've ended up being "Team A's theme is 'emotional'" or smth, either way I had to mix up the syntax a bit because things were just Not Gonna Work. Sentimentality has a way way way different connotation than what is being represented here, so I tossed that one out after doing a few test run sentences w/ it and going .... yea... nope. "ANATA WA KYOU TAMAKI OSHI HORA TEEEEEEEAM A" was also blasting in my head as I did this tl too LOL
220. (2) death is when u get よろしくお願いします x2 and then よろしく right after like, yo, what do u mean I can't copypasta Clunky Translation A three times and have to think about how to make a less formal iteration of it for the third time??? DAmn
221. (3) 4 is pronounced the same way as 死 (death) in japanese (also in chinese, and probably a bunch of other asian cultures) so it's kind of like how the number 13 functions in western culture? please google this 4 a much better explanation than me regurgitating my mother's superstitions
222. (4) two things: a) フリップ is short for フリップボード which is 'flipboard', which is something you see very often in asian variety shows/media? like celebs will have a little message written on this (actually a notebook) board, either for game shows where they're presenting their answers, or just a message to fans, etc. Here is フリップに書く (I was trying to find the english equivalent of flipboard (I SWEAR THIS IS ONE BUT I CANT RECALL IT GDI), thanks google images https://www.google.com/search?q=%E3%83%95%E3%83%AA%E3%83%83%E3%83%97%E3%81%AB%E6%9B%B8%E3%81%84%E3%81%A6&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjrreDCkqjTAhXqy4MKHR_zB2kQ_AUIBigB&biw=1280&bih=600#tbm=isch&q=%E3%83%95%E3%83%AA%E3%83%83%E3%83%97%E3%81%AB%E6%9B%B8%E3%81%8F
223. Also I have no clue how they're situated (are they sitting arond the table? next to each other?) so anyways I think Mitsuki's holding a board that has the right answer, and is like :^) kay guys, guess :^)
224. b) I didn't know back in december and I sure as heck still don't know what the onomatopoeia for Incorrect Answer Buzzer Noise.wav is. I'm
225. (5) Translating this was taxING AF because キャラ愛 I went with the direct TL (sorta) 'chara-love' since 'love for a character' actually makes sense and is self explanatory. Gotta make it sound slangy so gaku's confused! BUT WAIT Nagi actually says 'love' in english. so. that's why. gaku is STILL confused.
226.
227. Chapter 2 - Friends Talk!
228. y: Do you have lots of friends?
229. 1: ...I do not.
230. 9: I have a pretty normal amount.
231. y: Someone like Momo has tons of friends. He has friends for every department. For sports, it's this person. Going out for drinks? This person.
232. 9: Ah.... I might be that type of person as well.
233. y: That's different from me. I'm the type who doesn't mind having fewer friends if that means we can do everything together.
234. 1: I see.... If I had to choose, I am probably the latter type.
235. 9: So you guys would rather do everything with people you're really close to? And only them?
236. 1: Precisely.
237. y: Yep, yep.
238. 9: But what if they have different hobbies than you?
239. 9: Wouldn't you have a deeper and more meaningful conversation with someone who has the same hobbies as you, or in the same line of work?
240. 1: Indeed, that would be good for interviews and discussions. You don't have to be friends for that.
241. 9: But what if you are friendss? If they're primarily interested in me as an idol, it'd be pretty boring if I talked about other aspects of myself, wouldn't it?
242. y: Not at all. I definitely want to hear your love advice, Ten-kun.
243. y: So which type do you two think is intellectual, then?
244. 1: What do you mean?
245. y: Aren't we Team Intellectual?
246. y: Is it more intellectual to subdivide and have different friends for different things, or have a small number of friends for all occasions?
247. 9: I don't know if it's intellectual, but I think my way is pretty rational. You get to expand your horizons, and nobody's time is wasted.
248. 1: Well, with friends who you've shared many experiences with, you get a better understanding of each other and your values align more as time goes on. Group-work is also significantly easier.
249. y: Exactly. Getting close to someone starting from square one is a such a hassle.
250. 9: A hassle, huh. That's rather feeling-based. Emotional, if you will.
251. y: It is.
252. 9: So it's fine if we deem that method unintellectual, then.
253. 1: Wait! Please ignore Yuki-san's last comment. Didn't I provide an intellectual reason in this debate?
254. 9: Was it really intellectual though? Let me put it this way: by choosing to do everything with just the people who understand you, you're the only one who has it easy.
255. 9: Sure, it might be more comfortable for you if you have someone who's your ally, friend, member, and co-worker. Someone who shares the same dream as you, and is part of your private life as well. It may be easier for you, but it also may be a burden on the other person.
256. 9: Not just that. If you depend on someone that much, too much even.... When you lose them, you lose everything.
257. 9: Are you prepared to face that?
258. 1: ......Just who are you talking about? (1)
259. 9: I'm talking about you.
260. 1: Let me get this straight. You've partitioned off bits of your personal life in order to lessen the risks. Family, friends, and your members are all separate--
261. 9: Ahaha. Izumi-kun, you're going off on a tangent.
262. 1: You're the one who went off on a tangent!
263. y: This team is emotional, through and through.
264.
265. 3: Are you the type to apologize first when you've fought with your friends?
266. 2: Hm.... It depends on what the fight was about.
267. 10: I'd apologize first if I was at fault.
268. 3: But both parties generally don't think they're wrong during a fight.
269. 10: Then I'd ask them what I did wrong. I don't like it when things stay tense.
270. 3: That's really mature! Yamato-san's the type that'd never, ever apologize.
271. 2: Hey, I would! Mitsu's the one's who's stubborn here.
272. 3: No way. I'd definitely, definitely, definitely apologize.
273. 10: Do you two fight a lot?
274. 3: Kinda, yeah. We're not constantly fighting though.
275. 2: How about TRIGGER?
276. 3: Look! You did it again!
277. 2: What did I do!?
278. 3: You always try to change the topic when you see the chance. And then you pretend the argument never happened.
279. 2: Pretend it never happened? I mean, if the mood lightens up, then haven't we made up already?
280. 3: I get that, but you can't do that every time! You gotta speak your mind and talk it out first!
281. 10: Now, now. Just make sure you talk it out thoroughly the next time you fight. How about that?
282. 10: If you bottle it up, then the next time you butt heads it'll only get worse. It's best if you try to meet each other halfway, little by little.
283. 2: That's true, but this guy over here's pretty damn scary....
284. 3: No I'm not!
285. 2: What about TRIGGER?
286. 10: We get along pretty well. Although we do argue over work since we all have differing opinions, we always end up making it work.
287. 10: We don't really fight over things that aren't work related, though. All of us just kind of freely do our own thing.
288. 2: Damn, that's TRIGGER alright.
289. 10: Everyone in IDOLiSH7 lives together at the dorms, so your personal life is shared too. That might be why fights happen. But! Those fights are proof that you're all very close!
290. 3: How was your reopening ceremony unit? Did you ever fight with Sougo and Tamaki?
291. 10: We got along really well! Ah.... I think Sougo-kun and Tamaki-kun fought though?
292. 2: I am so sorry about our members' behavior.
293. 3: Yeah, sorry about that.
294. 10: Ahahaha.
295. 10: You really don't get angry ever, huh. Are there ever times when you get really mad, Tsunashi-san?
296. 2: Like what would someone have to do to royally piss you off?
297. 10: I'd get angry if they were cruel to someone I really care about.
298. 2: Ah....
299. 10: That includes my family, friends, or members. I can't forgive anybody who hurts the people I care about thoughtlessly.
300. 10: I think I'd pretty mad.
301. 3: So cool....
302. 2: Man, I wanna be one of Tsunashi-san's friends....
303. 10: Ahaha! We already are, aren't we?
304.
305. 8: Do you remember your first friend?
306. 6: I do.
307. 5: ...I don't really remember mine.
308. 5: I got along fairly well with everyone, but I don't think there was anyone I was particularly close to as a child.
309. 8: That's surprising! Especially because you're really kind and considerate, Osaka.
310. 5: Thank you very much. I believe I was closer to my oldest relative back then.
311. 8: Ah. It's kinda like being with friends, when you're with your cousins. You only meet a handful of times a year, though.
312. 8: What kind of person was your first friend, Rokuya?
313. 6: He was an older man who loved music. (3)
314. 8: Is that so? It wasn't someone from an anime?
315. 6: I am currently looking otaku friends though.
316. 5: What about you, Yaotome-san? What kind of person was your first friend?
317. 8: We went to the same pre-school and elementary school. He was really fast on his feet and was good at everything. We used to compete and see who'd eat their school lunch the fastest.
318. 6: Are you still friends with him?
319. 8: Nah, we ended up moving. I have no clue where he is now. (2)
320. 8: But because it's him, I'm sure he's doing something awesome out there.
321. 6: Do you hope to meet him again someday?
322. 8: I'm sure I will. That's just how friends are, right?
323. 6: ......Indeed.
324. 8: What about your friend? What is he doing right now?
325. 6: I don't know. I haven't been able to contact him.
326. 8: I see....... But, well. You'll meet him again someday, as long as you keep hoping so.
327. 8: Who knows? Maybe you'll meet him again in the near future.
328. 6: OH.... I'll be thankful for your prediction when that time comes, Yaotome-shi.
329. 8: What about you, Osaka? Do you have any special friends?
330. 5: I....... The other IDOLiSH7 members were the first people I could talk about anything and everything to.
331. 8: Really?
332. 5: That's why I'm really happy.... I want to treasure everyone and be friends with them forever.
333. 8: That's nice. I'm sure they'd be happy to hear that.
334. 8: What are the TRIGGER members to you, Yaotome-san? Are they your friends?
335. 5: Ah....... We're wandering away from our theme, but I was just curious....
336. 8: Haha.... The cameras are rolling, I can't.
337. 5: Huh?
338. 8: It's hard to say in front of the cameras. But, well. ...Yeah.
339. 8: They're kinda like brothers in arms.
340.
341. m: "If you were to hang out with this group...?"
342. 7: Anything we'd do would be fun! I want Momo-san to teach me new things, and hanging out with Tamaki brings back that high school feel, which is nice!
343. m: It is nice!
344. 4: Yeah. I'm down for anything. Just feed me good food.
345. m: Of course, of course! The three of us should go some where after this. How about it?
346. 7: Yay!
347. 4: Let's go, let's go!
348. m: We're gonna go! Let's invite Yuki too, since this is such a rare chance. He'd definitely be happy.
349. 7: Of course! Is it okay if I invite everyone too?
350. m: Sounds good! Let's invite TRIGGER too!
351. 4: Are we just calling them over? Now!?
352. m: Just the people here is fine too! When you're hanging out with friends, the more the merrier!
353. 4: I thought you said Yukirin wasn't your friend.
354. m: Wait! People will misunderstand if you put it that way!
355. t: I'm gonna go tell him after this.
356. m: Ahaha! Tamaki-kun! Things will get way outta hand if you do that, more than you think!
357. 7: Momo-san, you should rank Tamaki-kun!
358. m: Momo-chan's best boy in IDOLiSH7 is......! Yotsuba Tamaki-kun!
359. 4: Ahaha! Yay! I'm number 1!
360. 7: That's nice! What about me!?
361. m: Riku's number one too!
362. 7: Yay! Tamaki, I'm in first place too!
363. 4: Hey, no fair! That's cheating!
364.
365. 1: "If you were to do something together with this group...?"
366. 9: I wonder what we'd do.... Yuki-san wouldn't want to travel too far, right?
367. y: Not at all. I like going on drives. I've on one with Gaku-kun before. How about we all go on one together?
368. 1: Um.......
369. 9: What's with that reaction?
370. 1: Wait, no.
371. y: You don't want to?
372. 1: That's not what I mean. It's just that I have slight reservations about getting into someone's car when I don't even know their full name....
373. y: Shall I tell you my real name, then?
374. 1: What!?
375. 9: Speaking of which, Gaku told me that he asked you for work advice during the drive. He said that you're really good at listening and was very touched, Yuki-san.
376. y: Ah. That's good.
377. 9: But once it was noon, all you'd reply to him with was 'I'm hungry' regardless of what he tried to say to you.
378. 1: That's exactly like Yotsuba-san....
379. y: Well, you can't think about anything else when you're hungry.
380. 1: You are an adult, please try a little harder.
381. y: I see.......
382. 9: 次は店を決めてから、ドライブに誘うって張り切ってたんで、楽も連れて行ってもらっていいですか?
383. y: Of course. Feel free to bring along your members too, Iori-kun.
384. 1: Will we all fit in the car?
385. y: It'll work out. Yamato-kun can go in the trunk.
386. 1: Ahaha, that's mean.
387. 9: I feel like he'd run away if you didn't stick him in the trunk, that onii-san.
388. 1: He'll get mad if he watches this, you know. しかめっ面でソファーでビール飲んでる姿が、今から目に浮かびます。
389. 9: What do you say to him in times like that?
390. 1: I don't say anything. But Nanase-san would say something like this:
391. 1: "Must be nice in the trunk! I wanna be in the trunk too!"
392. y: Ahaha, he'd would say that.
393. 9: Haha.... Gosh.... Then Nikaidou-san would have no choice but to laugh.
394.
395. 2: "If you were to take on a job with these guys, what would you guys do?"
396. 3: Oh! What would we do? Singing would work, filming would work too-- I'd want to try everything!
397. 3: What would you want to do, Tsunashi-san?
398. 10: I wonder.... I'd want to try being in a drama with you guys. I feel like it'd be pretty fun on set.
399. 3: I wanna try working with Kujou too! I feel like I learn something every time I see him! And I wanna learn more!
400. 2: Mitsu sure is passionate about his work.
401. 3: What about you, Yamato-san? What kind of work would you wanna take on with us?
402. 2: Probably filming. Especially at Tsunashi-san's hotel in Okinawa. That must be nice....
403. 3: Yeah, I wanna go too!
404. 10: That does sound fun. MEZZO" mentioned that they wanted to come too, so you're all welcome to visit.
405. 2: What about Re:vale-san?
406. 10: I wonder if Yuki-san would visit? Momo-san has come before though.
407. 3: That's nice!
408. 2: What did you guys do?
409. 10: We fished the whole time.
410. 2: Ahaha. He definitely would. Both of you guys are the type that could stay outside forever.
411. 3: I'd love to fish the whole time too! What about TRIGGER's members?
412. 10: Gaku and Ten, huh. Ah.... Is it okay if I say this....
413. 2: What, what?
414. 3: Please tell us!
415. 10: We've been there plenty of times for work, but only once on our own time. It was really fun!
416. 3: You guys are super close! That's a really good thing! That's not something to keep secret at all!
417. 10: It's because those two get embarrassed easily. Please everything I've said here a secret from them.
418. 2: Well, the cameras are rolling, so.
419. 10: Oh.
420.
421. 5: "If you were to hang out with this group...."
422. 8: Where do you guys wanna go? A collab cafe?
423. 6: OH! Having more people with me would be extremely helpful.
424. 8: Is there really that much to eat?
425. 5: It's for winning coasters.
426. 6: YES.
427. 8: Winning coasters? Aren't they normally there though?
428. 5: Coasters have pictures of the characters on them, and they're randomly distributed. Nagi-kun is collecting those.
429. 8: I see.......
430. 6: You keep on ordering until you get the coaster you want.
431. 8: .......
432. 8: I'm gonna have to say no to the collab cafe this time.
433. 6: WHAT!?
434. 8: If we're gonna do something that hit-or-miss, then why not go somewhere we can all get excited over stuff? Let's all go to the shrine and get some omikuji. (4)
435. 6: No, no, no! It's not the risk that thrills me-- I just want to build my collection.
436. 8: Then just go some other time. Osaka, which shrine do you like?
437. 5: Huh-- Me? Let me think.... I don't really have any preferences....
438. 8: Pick one out, and then all three of us can go there for Hatsumōde. (5)
439. 5: What!? With Yaotome-san!?
440. 8: You don't wanna?
441. 5: Oh no, I would absolutely love to! ...Doing my first shrine visit of the year with Yaotome-san.......
442. 6: No, no! Sougo! Please tell him you'd rather go to the collab cafe.
443. 5: If I do my first shrine visit with Yaotome-san, then that in itself would be a sign of a great year ahead.......
444. 8: Rokuya. They have omikuji at Japanese shrines. Daikichi means you hit jackpot, and kyou means you missed.
445. 6: Explaining all of that to me with such a smug expression.... No thank you! Don't talk to me as if I'm an amateur when it comes to Japan.
446. 5: Does TRIGGER do their first shrine visit together?
447. 8: Unless it's for work, no. I'll try inviting them next year. Osaka, you're one of our fans, right?
448. 5: ......Holy shit....... This is gonna be the best New Year's ever....... (6)
449. 8: I didn't know you could say stuff like 'holy shit.'
450. 6: Sougo! Don't you dare collect all of TRIGGER before I collect all of the coasters!
451. 5: Sorry, Nagi-kun. My battle here is over, so I'm pulling out.
452. 6: No, no, no!
453. 8: Ahaha! It'd be great if we could all go. All hell might break loose, though.
454. 5: I'll do my best and try not to cause a ruckus.......
455. 8: Didn't know you'd be causing one, but sure.
456. 6: OH....... Since it has come down to this, I'll be enlisting every man into going to the collab cafe with me after the shrine visit. (7)
457. 6: Let's make it an All-Star Challenge!
458.
459. 3: The only thing you talked about was the collab cafe, Nagi.
460. 6: OH....... It's because we were the team with nothing in common.......
461. 5: That was mean. We definitely have something in common with each other.
462. 4: Sou-chan. You forgot the cameras were there in that last half, didn't you?
463. 2: I can't believe you were tryna rank even on this show.
464. 4: Ugh. We should've just shoved it into storage. That was so embarrassing!
465. 7: What were you talking about with your group, Iori?
466. 1: What? Didn't you just watch it?
467. 7: Yeah, but you guys were using really hard words so I didn't really get it. Summarize it in one word.
468. 1: Alright, to sum it up--
469. 7: In one word!
470. 3: Man.... I can't believe I talked about all that stuff back then with this old geezer.
471. 2: Yeah....
472. 3: It was very moving.
473. 2: Yeah....
474. 7: We went out to eat with Momo-san after that! Mitsuki, Nagi, and Sougo-san came along too!
475. 5: It was fun. Are we really doing the first shrine visit of the year together? Nagi-kun, can you casually just ask--
476. 6: Please don't use me. Why don't you ask him, Sougo?
477. 5: Because I'll get nervous....
478. 4: I'll ask. Something like: 'Yo, you free on New Year's?'
479. 5: P-please ask just a little bit more politely....
480. pipi....
481. 3: Ah, it's a Rabbit Chat from Yaotome.
482. 5: What!?
483. 7: What does it say?
484. 3: "You guys down to do the All Star Challenge on New Year's?"
485. The End.
486.
487.
488.
489. (1) aka in a 'are you talking about yourself?' way. Are you still talking about me, or are you talking about yourself and speaking from experience? yeah OW
