Threatening to injure a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of
Investigation by posting comments encouraging others to take physical action against law enforcement, in violation of 18 United States Code, Section 875(c).
Additionally, Barrett knowingly counseled, commanded, and induced other
individuals to make restricted personal information about a Special Agent
of the Federal Bureau of Investigation publicly available with the intent
to threaten, intimidate, and incite the commission of a crime of violence
against that Special Agent, in violation of Title 18 United States Code,
Sections 2, and 119.
Title 18 United States Code, Section 875(c), if convicted shall be fined or
imprisoned not more than five (5 years, 60 months) years or both.
