 - In the scene where Team Rocket is eating the food Brock made, when
   Wobbuffet eats the food from its fork, as soon as it eats it, another
   piece of food appears on its fork instantly, without Wobbuffet moving
   at all.
 - When Brock gave Nuzleaf the Oran Berries in a bowl, there were about
   10-15 in the first shot, but in the shot after that, the Oran berries
   shrunk and multiplied.

 - When Jessie, James, and Meowth asked one of the miners if Roark was
   talking about Fossils coming back to life, the miner refers to Roark
   as Ian.
 - When Roark is stroking the Cranidos fossil and introducing himself to
   Ash and friends, his gloves disappear randomly throughout the scene.

 - When Paul meets up with Ash at the Pokémon Center, one young Trainer
   passes by to thank Paul for his Azumarill. Ash's Staravia is seen for
   a second. After both Ash and Paul have their conversation, Staravia
   disappears in the next scene.
 - Dawn says that Paul has already battled Ash once, when in truth
   they've actually battled twice.
 - When Aipom is knocked out, she is shown lying on the floor despite
   having being thrown into Ash (with him then shown holding her).

 - In the scene where Dawn's Piplup and Buneary were dodging
   Aerodactyl's Giga Impact, Buneary's bottom was colored brown instead
   of yellow.

Just before Onix is defeated, Pikachu uses Thunderbolt and Onix is affected, despite being a Ground type.

 - When Team Rocket is waving goodbye to the Magikarp Salesman, James'
   black shirt is white.
 - When Magikarp uses Tackle on Piplup, Piplup's crown above its beak is
   white.
 - After Dawn lets Piplup out of its Poké Ball, Team Rocket, dressed up
   as the C-Button League appears, and Piplup disappears. It reappears
   in the next scene.

   instead of pink.

   evolve into Roselia through friendship, it only evolves into Roserade
   when exposed to a Shiny Stone.

 - In this episode, Dawn says that only one person knows about
   "Dee-Dee"; however, in *"Yes, in Dee-Dee it's Dawn!"*, it is shown
   her whole class knows about "Dee-Dee".
 - Ash's Staravia used Gust in this episode, a move it cannot learn
   legally in the games.

 - After Dawn's win against Jessie, Marian says that Dawn and Piplup are
   off to the final round, but Dawn vs. Jessie was a first round match.

   into the Amber Castle.

 - When Team Rocket tries to run away with the stolen Egg, they can be
   seen very near to the tunnel. However, in the scene where they were
   stopped by Officer Jenny's Growlithe, they still have a few steps to
   reach the tunnel.
 - When Pikachu uses Thunderbolt to send Team Rocket blasting off, Ash
   says a random and out-of-place word before the attack is launched.

 - When Zoey's Glameow was fighting Buizel, Zoey told Glameow to use
   Fury Swipes to protect against Buizel's Sonic Boom. Glameow struck 6
   times, instead of the usual 2-5.

 - When Lucian is talking to the group, Ash's gloves are missing.
 - Brock comments that Buizel never even hit Bronzong, even though it
   did.

[DP036][36]

 - When the Pokémon surround Team Rocket, Staravia and Turtwig are
   behind them, with Turtwig standing in front of a doorway. A few
   scenes later, there are no Pokémon behind Team Rocket. However, after
   Stunky sprays its stench and the camera pans out to show Jessie
   throwing up the orb, Pokémon are behind them again, only now Staravia
   is in front of them.
 - Dawn seemed to know who Butch and Cassidy were in the episode when
   they listed possible suspects. However, when she first met Team
   Rocket in, she not only didn't recognize them, but it was implied
   that she and the rest of Sinnoh has absolutely no knowledge of Team
   Rocket's existence.
 - The female Grunt's arms were colored black instead of gray.
 - Nando's bangs were covering his right eye for most of the episode
   when they usually cover his left eye.
 - Because Turtwig is a Grass type, it wouldn't be affected by Leech
   Seed in the games.

 - Turtwig was affected by Gardenia's Turtwig's Leech Seed. However,
   being a Grass-type, Turtwig would not be affected by Leech Seed in
   the games.

[DP038][38]

 - After saving Happiny, Brock says while holding Happiny "Up we go!" to
   which Happiny drops to the ground to toss Brock; everyone's eyes are
   seen following Happiny to the ground before Happiny even drops down.

[DP039][39]

 - During Meowth's Boss fantasy; when Giovanni is sliding with Ash, Dawn
   and Brock's Pokémon, Buneary's feet are brown.

[DP040][40]

 - Right before Torterra is hit by Garchomp's Brick Break and by the end of the episode, the top half of Torterra's face was brown, instead of the normal green.

 - When Ash, James, and Meowth are running from Electrike, Ash doesn't
   have his gloves on, but when he tells Pikachu to use Thunderbolt on
   Jessie's machine, he has his gloves on again. After Electrike
   evolves, Ash's gloves are gone again.
 - Pachirisu and Pikachu zap the two outer targets. When the camera pans
   out, it shows the target on the right undamaged and the left and
   center targets broken.
   Similarly, Cal's Electrike zaps the center
   target, but when the camera zooms out the left one is destroyed while
   the center one is unscathed.

 - After receiving the case of Badges from Professor Oak in his fantasy,
   Ash says he has all the Badges. However, all the Badges that exist at
   the time of this episode are not all there — the Mine Badge and the
   extra Badges seen in Bad to the Bone are missing.

 - When Rhonda met up with Ash, Dawn and Brock, she was holding the
   microphone in her right hand and waved them with her left hand. The
   next screenshot, it was reversed, but after that it switched again.
 - In the scene where Ash's Turtwig uses Bite on James's Cacnea, the
   green on the top of Cacnea's head is yellow. The same thing happens
   when Turtwig uses Tackle.

 - When Ash, Gary, Brock, and Dawn are hiding from the thieves in the
   forest, Gary uses his laptop to see where the thieves are. He closes
   his laptop, but in the next shot it is open again without the click
   heard before.

 - When Buizel and Piplup are chasing Team Rocket's Sharpedo boat, the

 - Dawn's belly button disappears in several scenes, with one instance
   being the scene where Mira is telling the gang that she lied about
   looking for her grandmother's pendant.

 - Turtwig was shown having its energy drained by Leech Seed, however,
   Grass-type Pokémon cannot be affected by it.

 - During Dawn and Zoey's conversation, Piplup's 'cape' was colored
   light blue.
