We will do a 100% refund or reship assuming the tracking for your package proves that there was an issue with delivery, guaranteed. By placing an order however you agree that if tracking states your package has been delivered, then it is considered delivered and I am unable to provide a refund or reship. I'm sorry, as I know there can be some rare instances where packages just go missing but there's nothing we can do about it unless we see that it obviously went to the wrong city or something.

I've had tons of people ask me questions about my order process, so I will explain try to explain here the best I can for those who are confused. Send your inquiry/introductory message, and then once I reply with a BTC address send your payment to that address and reply with the following information:

Send shipping info
Send order info
BTC amount sent
preev.com BTC rate for time of BTC sent.
BTC transaction ID



BTC transaction ID, for those confused all bitcoin transactions have a transaction ID on the blockchain.info, I'm not entirely sure how to find this for online wallets as I've never really used them because I only trust a hardware wallet for BTC but on Electrum (which is my recommended hardware wallet for all newbies! Hardware wallets are much more secure, as they aren't nearly as vulnerable to the BTC stolen by a hacker or the owners running off with your money) you can find the transaction ID by right-clicking the transaction itself in your transaction history, and then click "copy ID to clipboard" to copy the ID.


The transaction ID is also in the top textbox if you right click the transaction and select "details"
Easy! Should be a similar process for Online wallets. For reference, the transaction ID should look something like this:

the bitstamp stuff was confusing people so I decided to use preev.com instead, a little handier and this should make this part of the process pretty self explanatory.
