  19. 03:37 Aubs Of the three VPS' that I have monitoring scripts running, it appears that my BlueVM VPS can't see either of the other two, though they're not reporting any issues between themselves or in contacting my BlueVM machine.

  64. 03:50 Aubs The issues I've had from hypervm .. one example from 29/July (19 days ago) The port MySSHport is Up on 204.12.My.IP. Was Down for 3047.9 Minutes

Dealing with communications isn't my job either, but if I hear that out customers haven't been alerted to a potential major issue, I would seriously complain to management that the comms haven't been dealt with and request that they be pushed out with immediate effect.
