It was prohibited once again for visitors and journalists to enter the courtroom despite the presence of free seats. The bailiff said that the judge doesn't have to explain her desicions (note that this is an open process).

Krivov continued explaining in details each episode on Bolotnaya square that he witnessed. He also told that neither of the two police officers that were announced as victims in his case did recognize him during the identification procedure. Krivov claimed the he did not hide from the administration of justice, moreover he reported to the Investigation Committee by himself, right after he was invited there by a phone call.

Andrey Barabanov: "I felt a threat to my life and health, was in the state of temporary insanity due to obscure and brutal actions of police forces. The surrounding scene was horrible, I did not believe I could get out of there by myself."

During the investigation, Andrey admitted his guilt in hiting a police officer, however, after the questioning of the victim he learned that the officer did not feel the blows and thus Andrey refused the admission of guilt (because no harm is done, there are no grounds for legal action).

Artyom Savyolov was talking overcoming his stuttering. He explained that the police officers Gogolev and Emelyanov slandered him: he was arrested by other officers, and he did not grap anybody by hand at all. Artyom never realized why he was arrested: "I ​​decided the guys have nothing to do - well, let them drag me."

January 15th

The court attached to the case the positive testimonials for Yaroslav Belousov and the sequence of video frames confirming at the moment the lemon was thrown the victim Filippov was elsewhere. Later positive testimonials for Andrey Balabalov were attached as well.

Alexei Polihovich's defence petitioned to review the materials of Aleksei's administrative case: he was charged with the same corpus delicti immediately after the arrest, however, the court found the case falsified. The petition was declined.

Sergey Krivov filed at least half a dosen petitions once again, almost all of them declined. Nikishina only agreed to read out the waiver of criminal procesution of police officers for beating protesters.

The defence was allowed to present more witnesses: Olga Trusevich, an employee of Memorial Human Rights Center, and photographer Maxim Li, brother of Denis Li, who testified earlier. Maxim Li filmed the detention of his brother conducted by police officer Gogolev. Gogolev claimed that he arrested Savyolov, but he did not look similar to any of the officers arresting Savyolov on the video. Judge Nikishina denied attaching the photos to the case.

В зал снова отказывались пускать зрителей и журналистов даже при наличии свободных мест. Пристав заявил, что судья не обязана объяснять свои решения (процесс является открытым).
Кривов продолжил подробно описывать каждый эпизод событий на Болотной, свидетелем которого он являлся. Затем он рассказал, что об полицейских, которых признали потерпевшими по его делу, не указали на него на опознании. Сам Кривов не только не скрывался от правосудия, но и сам пришёл в Следственный комитет, после того как его пригласили туда телефонным звонком.
Андрей Барабанов: «Я чувствовал угрозу своей жизни и здоровью, находился в состоянии аффекта от непонятных и жестоких действий полиции. Происходившее вокруг вызывало ужас, я не верил, что смогу уйти оттуда на своих ногах». На следствии Андрей признал свою вину в том, что ударил сотрудника полиции, однако, после допроса потерпевшего узнал, что тот не почувствовал ударов и отказался от признания вины (поскольку вред не причинён, нет оснований для возбуждения дела).
Артём Савёлов говорил, преодолевая заикание. Он пояснил, что полицейские Гоголев и Емельянов его оболгали, так как его задерживали другие сотрудники, а за руку он и вовсе никого не хватал. Артём так и не понял за что его задержали: «Решил, нечего ребятам делать — ну и пусть таскают».

15 января

Суд приобщил к делу положительные характеристики Ярослава Белоусова и даже раскадровку, подтверждающую, что потерпевший Филиппов в момент броска лимона находился в другом месте. Затем к делу были приложены характеристики личности Андрея Барабанова.
Защита Алексея Полиховича ходатайствовала о том, чтобы рассмотреть материалы административного дела Алексея: сразу после задержания ему вменялся тот же состав, однако, суд счёл дело сфальсифицированным. Отклонено.
Вновь не менее дюжины ходатайств подал Сергей Кривов. Почти все они были отклонены. Никишина согласилась огласить только документ об отказе в привлечении полицейских к уголовной ответственности за избиение демонстрантов.
Защите было позволено дозаявить свидетелей: вновь выступила сотрудница правозащитного центра «Мемориал» Ольга Трусевич, показания также дал фотограф Максим Ли, брат Дениса Ли, ранее выступившего в суде. Максим Ли снимал задержание своего брата, которое производил полицейский Гоголев, утверждавший, что он задерживал Савёлова, и выглядевший совсем иначе, нежели сотрудники полиции, задерживавшие Савёлова. Судья Никишина отказала в приобщении фотографий к делу.
