  6. +Riotous Renegade __ I agree. If you are for the exploitation, suffering, and slaughter of animals, why not lead by example by eating meat.

  13. +Riotous Renegade __ Wouldn't you agree that, generally speaking, a woman doesn't have to murder her unborn baby because she can always adopt out the baby once it is born? I.e., the baby's life is not the pregnant woman's to end, and with the option for adoption available, the murder of her baby would be an unnecessary act of selfish convenience.
  14.
  15. Now consider the plight of defenceless animals (who have no voice, not unlike an unborn baby): In these modern times you no longer have to murder animals in order to eat because there are other options available to you. An animal's life (which suffers and does not want to die) isn't yours to take just because your tummy has rumbled! As with abortion, the eating of meat is an unnecessary act of selfish convenience.
  16.
  17. Where I live (and in many places) abortion and the eating of meat is legal. But, just because something is legal does not make it right or moral. So let's call these things what they really are: *unnecessary acts of selfish convenience!*

  25. +Riotous Renegade __ It doesn't matter if humans are omnivores, in this modern world - thanks to advancements in knowledge - it is now possible for people in many regions to thrive without ever having to murder animals for food. Just because we _can_ eat meat doesn't make it right or mean that we should. After all, women _can_ have abortions instead of adopting, but that doesn't make it right or mean that they should!
  26.
  27. Though, you say that abortion is against "Nature". I could agree with that, but I'm not sure what you mean by it. What exactly would it mean for someone to live in accordance with Nature? If you are describing "might makes right", then that would be disastrous!

  34. +Riotous Renegade __ Leave the poor plants out of it! They do it the toughest of all. In the modern world, in places of food abundance where veganism is practical, eating meat is a vote for the needless suffering of animals. Can you explain why you don't go around needlessly kicking cats and dogs?
