  1. Dear Madam Robrigado,
  2.
  3. I am very sorry to be disturbing you during Christmas break, but I have an inquiry/request about the groupings in our Biology Project.
  4.
  5. My group (in charge of the model of the circulatory system) has started making the project already. The project making took place at my house, and because of that, my brother Patrick Ramos (a member of the other group, which is in charge of the respiratory system) ended up helping with the project a lot, even more than some of my group's own members. We are hoping that the circulatory group could just accept Patrick as it's member, for convenience's sake.
  6.
  7. The class consists of 41 students. There is one group with 20, and another group with 21. We believe that the circulatory group is the one with 20 members. If Patrick (from the respiratory group, the one with 21 members) simply joins the circulatory group (the one with 20 members), the groupings would simply change from a 20:21 ratio to a 21:20 ratio. That way, the groupings would still be as fair as possible.
  8.
  9. Both groups have already discussed the compromise and would agree on it with your permission.
  10.
  11. We are hoping for your consideration, for the sake of convenience of the group.
  12.
  13. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
  14.
  15. From
