Totk AMQ no trading hearts for stamina (20 shrines)

bomb jump up ledge, get rusty shield near group of constructs
go to the pond over the hill, get an arowana and frog
run to the hut with cooking pot, dupe 20 frogs and 8-10 chu jelly (do it in the water for no durability damage)
cook 5 speed food, eat first one
run + wing to ultrahand like the old strat (and get 10 arrows near construct), also grab charge from decayed construct

get fairy, dupe ~10 fairies and ~5 charges
fuse entangle a rocket to rusty shield (has 16 durability, so 16 rocket boosts)
use 2 rocket boosts to get to the chasm faster
depths, pocket rocket on the way to autobuild until it breaks, get autobuild (also probably eat 2nd speed food here)
	if your wooden shield broke earlier, dont let rusty shield break, need at least 1 for zuggling later)

run to the wood planks near the wall, zuggle hylian shield, set up WST to transfer 1 durability from tree branch to MNF

abcs to thunedrhead and ascend/clip in

take the mask down
attach 2 steering sticks for a clip machine if you didnt clip earlier
attach mask to a rocket, abc to carry it around
pocket rocket with the other rocket
rocket up to the shrine in the middle of the island, activate the shrine, rocket back down and fall down to the lynel
equip MNF, kill lynel (should take 8 hits)
cancel the abc to drop the rocket and mask
set up pocket rocket with tree branch
abc the mask again
pick up lynel bow and dupe it, arrows, lynel saber horn
rocket jump to enemy camp nearby, get topaz from chest and royal halberd
jump down to where the mask goes
place mask
down to construct factory, eat 3rd speed food

left leg depot, get rockets and steering sticks from dispenser
you can use charges now to have some extra leniency for battery for the rest of the run, leave a few extra if you want safety
dupe rockets and steering sticks (~30 rockets, ~10 sticks)
abc to carry the leg, exit the depot
right leg depot, attach to left leg and carry both with abc
go back to mineru, place both legs
right and left arms, carry both with abc

get on mineru and dupe 3 topaz and 3 lynel horns
abcs to spirit temple
for seized construct, fuse saber horn to royal halberd (this fuses it to all zuggled swords as well)
do a level 2 charged attack on both phases to kill
destroy fuse material and fuse a new pocket rocket, finish spirit

after the shrine, zuggle bow once and shield 4 times to get to borderline-overload
put down steering stick, pull out bow (this puts you in overload), clip to depths, land on the ceiling, clip 1 more time to the bottom and get the lightroot, drop the bow and pick both back up
talk to robbie, get camera
clip oob at the nearby wall, rocket to the ceiling, abcs to the korok forest chasm, stick clip in to the phantom ganon fight

queen gibdo, use 1 topaz + riju lightning to get her down, then 3 slashes to kill (if royal halberd breaks during the fight switch to MNF)
after the fight, switch to tree branch and set up the next pocket rocket
finish lightning temple

warp to ll, start hc quest
go down to josha and start the autobuild quest (dont do it now since you'll have to wait for josha to walk)
exit the door and abcs to hc, finish hc and to the shrine in the middle after the gibdo hallway (serutabomac)(18)
after the phantom ganon fight, fuse a new pocket rocket and zuggle the rocket sword (will put you in borderline overload)
warp to mipha court, abcs to tear southeast of zora
rocket slightly south and do a stick overload clip into the cave below, get the shrine (yomizuk)(19)
warp to thunderhead, do the shrine now (20)
trade blessings for stamina with the godess statue to the left of the 10 heart door
open 10 heart door
abcs to lurelin tear
abcs to the faron at the river where the charged outfit pieces are, stick overload clip into each room with the armor
	with your current zuggle status of 8 MNFs + 1 rocket sword + 4 hylian shield, you're 1 item away from overload.  taking out the bow gives +1, so just take out the bow before getting on a stick to clip.  this way you wont be stuck overloaded the whole time.

since you have extra stamina you can do the lynel bow + topaz strat for demon dragon to save 10 seconds if you want to be cool

route issues

the shields zuggled after the 2nd shrine are to get to borderline overload, and they're supposed to last until near the end for the overload clips t the charged armor, but they actually take enough sheild damage through the run to break before that.  it might be best to not zuggle extra shields at all and instead zuggle 12 swords instead of 8.

other potential shrines that might be fast

-near the final tear (gemimik) - needs an extra warp but is not out of the way at all and could help routing
-side of mount lanayru (jikais) - if you do the endgame route that normal amq does to get to the lurelin tear, it pases right over this shrine)
-near north faron (jiukoum) - would be a good warp point late game but you dont have rockets to do this early game (would get it before going to thunderhead) and late game it would be after when you woud get the stamina
-gerudo town (soryotanog) - low detour time but long shrine + needs dazzlefruit
-near the cutscene going up to wind temple with tulin (mayaumekis) - not out of the way but slow shrine
-2 of the shrines on the way to rito (runakit, oromuwak)
-right under dragonhead islands (joju-u-u)
