To the members of the #AntiSec Movement,

Greetings from the community of What Is The Plan.

We would first like to congratulate and applaud your efforts at exposing corruption and tyranny. In these dark times, your actions have given hope to millions of people across the globe. When people look for a hero nowadays, they look to Anonymous and #AntiSec.

It is with this said that we would like to formally introduce ourselves to you. The Plan is a Long Term Strategy to build an Anonymous Collective committed to the full disclosure of corruption within Governments, Banking Institutions, Corporations, Religions and wherever it may reside.

The Plan is a Three-Phase strategy:

1) To build an Anonymous collective and define its form and function.
2) To build up the Anonymous collective among local communities.
3) To position ourselves as Anonymous communities for Streisand Effect events such as that which gave rise to Operation Payback, so as to achieve exponential growth, and spread our message of freedom to the masses.

Our goal is to educate the masses, not only as to the corruption and oppression under which we all live, but as to the true nature of reality. We propose to awaken a sense of wonder and curiosity about Man, the Universe, and Everything. We are committed as a collective to objective research of scientifically and legally documented facts and evidence.

We are fully aware of your concerns and criticisms about The Plan, that some of us may decry your actions as hurtful to the image of Anonymous. However, these voices are in the minority, and do not represent the view point of The Plan as a whole.

We are also aware of the criticism that we may not be aware of the dangers that The Plan faces. Make no mistake, we are fully knowledgeable about the nature of government infiltration and sabotage, otherwise known as COINTELPRO.

On the other hand, while we think that hacking is an essential tool for exposing corruption, we do not think that the global system of corruption and tyranny can be defeated via destructive means alone. In the end, it is our creativity that will win the day.

We Are The Plan
We aim to set the benchmark of freedom higher than it was ever set during the protest movements of the '60s and '70s, and to make this benchmark permanent.
We are building the Anonymous collective to an extent that has never before been witnessed. And we would be pleased to consider you our allies.
