Generation: Donovan's been around for a while.
Mentor: Donovan is her sire and mentor, and Louhi is still a fledgling.  The man loves her like a father would a daughter, and he is a very kind sire.
Resources 4: Louhi helps Donovan with his investment schemes, and in turn he shares his considerable wealth with her.
Contacts: Louhi has befriended local homeless mainly through gifts of food, booze and money to go to the clinic.
