  1. Permission granted by Zelda_Queen to put this up.
  2. The sporking of this Stuthor's works shall be flocked, because the Stuthor has a disturbing tendency to Google the people who reacted negatively to his OC.
  3.
  4. Okay everyone, I've mentioned this guy in other sporks, I've mentioned Pretty Cure, one of my other fandoms, in other sporks, and now, we're gonna spork his Gary-Stu insert fics...
  5.
  6. Now, Pretty Cure, for the uninformed, is a cash cow franchise with a new continuity every year—so it's pretty easy to pick up, especially for newcomers. It's also a magical girl series, and we all know what that means: cute girls kicking ass and taking names, promoting friendship and love, showing compassion to their enemies, and all while wearing frilly ruffled dresses. This Stuthor, Xantrax-42, is one of those Stuthors that thinks they'd work much better if his over-powered Gary Stus were helping them, and so he has rewritten two of the franchise's seasons and is working on a third, in which he butts in, steals glory (particularly from character power-ups), acts horribly sociopathic, and makes the girls fawn over him...
  7.
  8. Now, ordinarily, it'd be just a typical Gary-Stu insert, another crappy male fantasy intruding in on a show about awesome ladies...If not for Xantrax-42's behavior. You see...the author himself once was an rper, trying to get Pretty Cure rpers to rp his fanfics for him...and there, we see how depraved, how selfish, how wretched, vile, and sociopathic this guy gets simply when someone in the real world doesn't like his OC. And it provides some horrible Reality Subtext when you realize this.
  9.
  10. Below the cut are a brief (very brief) history of this guy, and some of his wanky quotes...Be warned: there are also mentions of death threats, mention of rape, racial slurs, suggested misogyny, creepy-as-fuck implications, violence, and strong language.
  11.
  12.
  13.
  14. Once upon a time, a guy under the pen-name Xantrax-42 decided to make an OC. Said OC was an over-powered Gary-Stu that was a walking, messy mishmash of cliches and video game shit the guy liked: he looked identical to Solar Boy Django, had a twin brother who was identical to Sabata, had some Devil may Cry weapons, attacks from a few RPGs...he really didn't fit in the magical girl genre. But he did it anyway, apparently thinking that a season about two girls fighting sadness and monsters with the power of happy music needed an overpowered sword-wielder who called himself a ninja. He also made one of the canons be his long-lost adopted sister-daughter (that'll be explained in the spork). Now, that's fine and dandy...except then he decided to roleplay with a bunch of PreCure rpers.
  15.
  16. And he kept all his overpoweredness, so essentially he godmoded...and tried to force his fanfic on others. He went to the girl playing the canon he made his sibling, and told her, both IC and OOC, “We're siblings now,” and pitched a tantrum when she refused multiple times. He tried to force her to be his sister, claiming she must have amnesia, pulling out a random photo of them together and showing everyone, demanding the other Rpers tell her that she was his sister, damnit! He didn't truly back off until the girl went on hiatus and vanished...
  17. At the same time, he tracked down a few rpers who played canon villains, marched up to them, and declared that he was their arch-nemesis, rather than the canon ladies. When laughed at by the baddies, he attacked and godmoded himself landing mortal injuries on them...and then said, out-of-character, that the villains really didn't stand a chance against his OC! His OC was totally awesome, you see, and had all these cool powers that never let him down. And if anyone tried to counter his godmoding, tried to tell him how unfair this was, Xantrax-42 told them they were wrong. They were wrong and he was right and Blaze Akechi was totally awesome!!11eleventy!
  18.
  19. He also went and tried to force his “ally to the Pretty Cure” on some of the rpers playing the girls...And attacked them when they were suspicious of this random guy who appeared out of nowhere and knew their full name and identity, carried a long-ass sword around like a keychain, and waved fake photos around demanding they adore him. That's right: when met with suspicion, Xantrax-42's character attacked the very people he claimed to be allied with. Normally this would make an interesting character-flaw...if not for the fact Xantrax-42 saw nothing wrong with this. And tried to rationalize it over and over again...
  20.
  21. We're going to mostly-ignore the in-character things, and look at the Stuthor's attempts to rationalize this...
  22.
  23. "If she doesn't like Blaze, it means she's not partly nice to people rarely. If she continues that she doesn't like Blaze or Shadow or either, they MIGHT think the "devil" inside her has awakened soon."
  24. Here he rationalized Blaze slicing open a character's shoulder and landing her in the hospital, saying that if she didn't like him, she wasn't the kind-hearted girl she canonically was...and apparently, not liking someone means that your evil self will take over.
  25.
  26. "Although he did hurt her, but in reality he cared for her because he's worried. Please understand."
  27. And he hurt her because he was worried about her. This was said OOCly, by the Stuthor, not the character. Isn't that disturbing?
  28.
  29. In addition to slicing a girl's shoulder apart, he almost killed another girl and tried to rationalize it with “But he did it because he cares about her!” actually did kill another girl (Xantrax-42 later said that his Gary-Stu never killed her, but saved her from a monster, completely forgetting that had been someone else) and brutally attacked another girl several times, nearly killing her and landing her in ER.
  30.
  31. And yet...Xantrax-42 tried to rationalize this.
  32.
  33. He said “He cares about her but he didn't think she'd know what was wrong and what was right! So he attacked her!”
  34. “He attacked her because he thought her heart was full of hatred!”
  35. “[Canon Character] isn't strong enough to beat Blaze. Her heart is weak!”
  36. "I'm not making excuses or anything, but I should say that her "test of heart" that Blaze said has failed. In other words, she's not strong enough to defeat Blaze and Shadow."
  37. ”Yes, Blaze did blackmail her because this is the warning that he'll give.. ” (For context, he recorded a character extensively and told her if she ever said a word against him, he would show it to her friends and make them all hate her. A 14-year-old was told this.
  38. That's right folks, the author himself attempted to rationalize the beating of 14-year-old schoolgirls...and most of the time it was to the tune of “They didn't trust him so he's teaching them a lesson,” or, even more creepy... ”They angered him.” Hmm, attacking someone because they made you mad: doesn't this sound like an abuser?
  39.
  40. Speaking of abuser, things finally came to a head when several people said they didn't like his Gary-Stu, and still refused to act like he wanted. He wanted them to lose their battles against him. He wanted them to sing praises of him and kiss his Stu's ass. He wanted them to fawn and drape over him, to call him “big brother,” or “boyfriend.” He attempted to emotionally manipulate a poor newcomer to the rp community, practically forcing her to make the canon she played by Blaze's girlfriend, pestered her to respond to his sappy, gooey posts, and told the player herself “Your replies are so beautiful I shed tears.” When she grew uncomfortable and tried to break off that relationship, he begged her not to leave Blaze girlfriend-less. He begged her not to do it, and when she remade the blog, he immediately asked her to be Blaze's girlfriend again. She refused. He targeted another player with his other Gary-Stu, Shadow, and began calling the girl “idiotic bitch” and “mindless slut” when she rejected him. (A 14-year-old schoolgirl rejecting the advances of an 18-or-older man...how odd.)
  41. He entered a thread and brutally attacked three other characters, and then OOCly told them to “be grateful” he was leaving the thread when he did.
  42.
  43. All this, combined with people telling him flat-out that Blaze was overpowered and should be toned down, that they personally didn't like Blaze, and refusing to act like he wrote the canons acting in his fic...
  44.
  45. This is when things turned ugly.
  46.
  47. OOC: Even if I said once and calmly, you still won't believe me. Just like your OC. My OCs doesn't hate her anymore and yet she still hates them. You know when you weren't online, you know what I'm doing? Kick the trash can out of it! Because I'm really upset and disappointed.
  48. Oh wow, he kicked a trashcan, how intimidating...but sadly, it got worse.
  49.
  50. OOC: You know what? Go suck your OC and [[another person's character]]. Believe it or not, it's up to you! Dick!
  51. Here we see Xantrax-42's Reality Subtext slowly start to seep in, and we begin to realize something scary...He sees these real people as their OCs...or the OCs as real people. So he's attacking and nearly-killing people he considers “real.”
  52.
  53. Okay, then. What about when she's trying to corrupt the Precures that he suspect about? Though Blaze does hurt -canon-, but he never hurt any Precure."
  54. He admits to hurting someone badly, but then says he never hurt anyone else...this was a lie. The character mentioned was a Pretty Cure, and again, he hurt three others, at the least.
  55.
  56. "You may think that she's nice, but innocent will fool others."
  57. More of this “he thinks the OCs are real...”
  58.
  59. "Anyone wants to be friend because anyone could. As for -OC-, she corrupted -canon- and the others and she was a fool in the end. Beeyatch!"
  60. "Why Blaze attacking her? Because he wanted to protect the Precure before she's completely corrupted them, like steering the vote."
  61. "Blaze does protect the people like the innocent girl that she harvested the Bad Energy from! Yes, -OC's- good now unless she antagonize Blaze and Shadow. He sliced her stomach because this can stop her from doing evil and stopped her from corrupting -canon- and the others in her birthday. Don't even tell me she's 14 years old girl or bullcrap because this is not important anymore. If wasn't for Blaze, everyone's dead."
  62. And now it gets scarier. (Let's ignore the fact he OOCly believes that the canons would be dead without his OC present, even though they were totally fine in the canon...) First off: his idea of morality is simply “You're only good if you like my OC.” He basically said someone was evil if she didn't like his Gary-Stu—the one who tried to murder her several times. He rationalized slicing her stomach open because “He wanted to stop her from doing evil,” never mind that you don't need to almost kill someone to do that.
  63. And finally...he calls the idea of 'dude, she's 14, that's pretty damn cold,' ”bullcrap.” This, combined with the creepy implication that he sees the OCs as real, or people as their OCs, leads to this conclusion...Xantrax-42 likely sees no problem with hurting younger girls, simply for disagreeing with him, simply because he believes them to be in the wrong. He hurts several girls in the rp because they don't worship him, because they dare to have minds of their own and talk back to him, and tries to rationalize it with “they had it coming” and “he did it because he cares!” HE OOCLY TRIED TO RATIONLIZE HURTING SEVERAL SCHOOLGIRLS TO THE POINT OF HOSPITALIZATION. THAT IS DISTURBING. This will lead to another conclusion later.
  64.
  65.
  66.
  67. And...wow, really look at that last one. The Stuthor is told "It's your OC's fault that this 14-year-old schoolgirl was turned into a monster," and his response is "So what?" What a class act.
  68.
  69. Anyway...that's when death threats rolled in. That's right, folks, Xantrax-42 sent several people death threats for not liking his Gary-Stu. He told someone that he was going to track down where she lived in real life, find her, and beat her. He told her he hoped she got raped, for not liking his Gary-Stu, that he hoped she died. All because she didn't like his OC.
  70.
  71. Finally, he snapped and there was no doubt he saw the OCs as real people.
  72. "BAH! FUCK THAT SHIT!! Don't make me puke! She's suit to be a villain when she and Joker trying to harvest Bad Energy from Blaze. He does give people a chance but for -another girl's OC-, NO! Who's the real villain? Her! Dumbass bitches!"
  73. ...
  74. "FUCK YOU, -OC-! YOU'RE ALWAYS MAKES MY GLORY FLUSH DOWN THE TOILET! PUNK MOTHERFUCKER!!"
  75. ...
  76. "Go FUCK yourself and your OC! You motherfucking piece of shit, gang-banging cocksucker!!"
  77.
  78. Another person tried to tell him to calm down, and said he was making a big deal of nothing, that he ought to be ashamed...
  79.
  80.
  81.
  82. It all culminated in his faking a coma (and when that pops up in an author's note, then I'll totally blow apart his “coma” lie, but trust me when I say it's blatantly-obvious it's faked), and pretending to be his sister,
  83.
  84.
  85. and to tell all the people who disliked his Gary-Stu that he hoped they died and went to Hell. That's right...in Xantrax-42's eyes, disliking his Gary-Stu was worthy of damnation.
  86. "Hope you'll sleep with worms, cocksuckers!!"
  87. ...
  88. "My brother's a BULLY?! Hello, I don't even know why, but he's actually a victim, nigga! Believe it or not, it's up to you, dickhead. You better go fuck yourself and I can pretty sure that your love, don't even know what sex you are, won't even sleep with you in your bed, even your homosexual lover, if you're homosexual yourself, son of a fucking bitch."
  89.
  90. This is just a sample of what he said...I can't even show all of it because some of it was so awful that the people he sent them to refused to show them to the public. I'm talking death threats, rape threats, screaming and swearing, things so bad some of these people felt physically ill to read them...One person who was a big victim of this was so upset, she recently announced she didn't want to rp anymore.
  91.
  92. And here's the creepy thing I've realized, looking over all of this. He sent all these threats simply because someone didn't like his Gary-Stu and didn't act the way he wrote them acting in his fanfic. Villains who just rolled their eyes and snubbed him in the rp became obsessed with him and he them in his fic; the canon who refused to be his sister draped herself all over him and never stopped calling him “onii-chan,” the girl who broke off the whole “Gary-Stu's girlfriend” shtick was written as “kissing him passionately” several times...
  93. And here's my conclusion: the fic is scary because when you think about all this, this is how he wanted real people to treat him. He started to confuse himself with his OC, and others with their characters, and wanted flesh and blood people to treat him like a god. To worship him, to say he was awesome and great. And when they didn't treat him like HE wanted them to, that's when he started to threaten them, and wrote the characters acting more over-the-top than he'd originally asked them to. This is how he wants to be treated by young girls in real life, this is how he wants people to treat him. He sees nothing wrong with hurting people who disagree, nothing wrong with threatening people for not kowtowing to his whims.
  94.
  95. And that's what makes what would normally be a run-of-the-mill Stufic so horrifying...Not to mention some of the cruel, sociopathic things he does in the fic: like threatening to use a nuclear bomb on several characters, cruelly attacking someone he claims to love but knows is brainwashed, doing horrible things with no negative consequences and actually having the canons gush over how “awesome” he is for it, and slapping and insulting young children.
  96.
  97. I am Midoriri, and I am going to tear these fics apart.
