Colosseum, in short is the aspect that can make you in WR phase or kill your run. The main reason is you have very limited item usage in Colo battles, making these battles relies on both Digimon stats and luck. In this note, I will provide some advised battles to take on speedrun. Picking wrong or random options in colosseum fights will screw you, so it's important to manage your colo battles wisely..

Any%
Colosseum starts when you DV into MegaSeadramon... Option 1-2-3 means the option numbers fromtop, unless specified (i.e 2 from bottom). Unless I mention tournament, all battles always in free mode.

1F
* Recruit Birdramon in Day 6, then fight Taichi in 1F (most bottom option), talk to girl near counter after this battle to unlock new tournament later.
* Continue story until day 7+ get 2 of 3 garbages for Wasteland. Fight Sora on 1F (most bottom option again). Then fight option 3 and tournament option 1 (you can do this in any order)
* talk to girl in counter again. Exit and re-enter colosseum (or do other battles if you do tournament first). Talk to Lili and Sebastian then fight Lili and Guardromon.

10F
* Talk to Dorumon option 1-2-1. Fight option 3 and 6. Feed Speed Chip you got. Fight option 1, 2, 8, and GeoGreymon (TALK TO HAGURUMON AFTER THIS)

20F
* Continue story until day 8. Recruit Devimon. Fight option 7 and Takato. Feed Speed Chip+Fruit. Auto Pilot.
* Continue story until day10+DV to MarineAngemon. This is part of day 10 notes so refer to that if you're confused. Fight option 1 and 3 (Sebastian will auto-challenge you, beat him as well).
* Beat Myotismon. This is one of two fights that you can lose, pray luck and order guard if he uses Evil Dark AoE.

30F
* 2vs2, part of story. Tell your Digimon to attack BWarGreyX. His move is more dangerous. Even if he dies last, your opponent will focus to heal him if you keep damaging BWar, making Garudamon left unhealed.
* Continue story until near end game. 10F tournament is luck dependant. Refer to day 10 notes.
* You will proceed to 30F battles on day 12. Equip Thunder Storm/Judgement if learned. Free Battles Option 1,2,8 (Lili will challenge you after beat all those 3). Now fight option 3. Depend on enemies you can get trolled. Backup option 5/6/9 if you losing > 2-3 times on option 3. The bad thing if you don't win option 3 is Zudomon's DV item that can be sold for 10k bits.

New Game+
NG+ is more simple by just picking free mode options. One thing for 100PP, The 1F tournament to unlock Lili is count as PP.
1F: 1,2,5,8, Taichi
10F: 1,2,3,5, 7 or 8
20F: 1,3,4,6,7
30F: 1,2,3,5,8 (you can alter option 3 same as any%)
